  • LOL my Border Collie/Aussie does that when I'm playing with the puppy instead of him >.<

  • @sniborlrak Accually I can tell you that is a sheltie. shelties have a high pitched cry and they are smaller..

  • @Dragonsal234 That is a sheltie but your just to retarded to see that!I have a sheltie at my house!P.S (My sheltie whines like that all the time!)

  • Reminded me of how my Sheltie used to act and whine. I miss him.

  • This dog is identical to my old dog. I could swear this is her! Mine was a Sheltie cross as identified by the vet. They can look nearly identical to a collie but collies usually have longer and thinner snouts.

  • lol, this so reminds me of my beloved Tyler, he talked a LOT. And loved his toys. i would hide them and tell him go find them, he'd whine and talk while he searched. :*( i miss him bunches. LOVE shelties.

  • thats not a sheltie thats a collie

i know beacause i have one

  • @Dragonsal234 thanx for setting me straight. all this time i thought i had two shelties. btw, which one do you have, a sheltie or a collie?

  • @sniborlrak a collie and shelties are smaller

  • @Dragonsal234

Shelties are usually small, but can actually grow to be a little taller than normal as well. And by the way, you can tell those are Shelties by the whine and the shape of their faces. Collies have more of an angled face, whereas Shelties appear to look a lot more like puppies, and have softer features.

  • @sniborlrak

You have two shelties there, not collies. I have a sheltie as well, and I can assure you that those are not collies.

  • @sniborlrak I have a collie

  • @Dragonsal234 thanx for your input. I will let my vet and shelty breeder know that they got it wrong.

  • @sniborlrak look like shelties to me

  • @sniborlrak that dudes shelty just bit his ass because hes been callin him a collie all this time.

  • @Dragonsal234 you dont seem to know your dog that well. those are shelties

  • @Dragonsal234 Shelties can come in all sizes. Mine is an upper-medium-sized one and my friends had a large Sheltie that was about the size of these two. Full-sized collies are usually huge, and I know because I had one =-).

  • ahhhhh she is so cute <3 yeah when my sheltie was still alive (we had to put him down) all we had to do was click his leash and he'd go CRAZY!! he would run all over and jump and bark, it was adorable. shelties really seem to love walks but i think that goes for most dogs. anyways, your two dogs are really cute :)

  • I love it!

  • with our old sheltie, you said 'walkies' and she would get all excited, was so aweomse

  • That was so cute. Shelties are the most beautiful dogs to me.

  • my sheltie does this when i take her bye bye too. lol she whines like mad and paces in the backseat.

  • really cute :)

  • kiitokset

  • I have a puppy sheltie it looks like the main one but not all the hair has grown in her name is ella

  • My shelties do that when we are about to practice agility or just go some where.

  • My sheltie does that too when I tell him he is going for a walk or going to the groomer to get a bath.

  • hahahaha urs names is taffy?

i have a sheltie named taffy or taffy apple

nice dog ... my dog is lazy though xD

  • My Taffy is also on the lazy side. Her sister, April, on the other hand, is a bundle of energy even though she is 10 years old.

  • My sheltie does that when she is excited too! Those two look like my sheltie Honey!

  • Yes, April looks an awful lot like your shelties.

  • My Sheltie does the same thing!

  • when my shelty wants to go outside he slides his paw against my leg.. i love him his name is buddy :)

  • I really love shelties. They are expensive but very nice dogs

  • um, are they playful, cause, my cousin has a pretty one named Shelby, but she has arthritis really bad, so i wouldn't know!

  • Yes, they are very playful. They love to chase tennis balls and catch frisbees but their favorite is playing chase. I used to have a sheltie named Shelby that was also very playful. He loved to catch tennis balls and play tug-of-war but like your cousin's dog, he got arthritis when he got old and couldn't play very much. They're very playful and loving dogs.

  • when my sheltie wants to go outside he sits at the door and looks at us and somtimes wines

  • Just like our sheltie when needs to take a walk.

  • hahaha...Your shelties are lovely. My sheltie - Nova, does that too sometimes.
