As far as what's been said regarding false criticism... the only actual "issues" I see with this AMV are the use of some poor-quality footage at points and the subtitles that are in a lot of the clips - but you can only work with what you have. It's not the best DN AMV I've ever seen, but it's FAR from being bad. The song choice is applicable, the clips flow together decently - only big thing you might've done differently to improve would be address the lyrics with clip choice a bit more.

it was an enjoyable amv no doubt...i like the song lol...its been awhile since i heard it O.o not since a DBZ video have i heard it lol

but anywho...i like how you answer everyones comments...it goes to show how commited you are to it ^^ and so here is my honest opinion...first off..yes Negative comments should be welcomed to anyones amv along with the positive...but dont go yelling at the people who dont enjoy it (im not talking to you Hikaru =P)

and ya...now for my personal opinion on your video lol...it was enjoyable i would have to say, obviously not the best...something you can do is if your using WMM (which i still use mostly X_x its a burden i tells ya lol)then instead of worrying about effects you can concentrate on your sync with the song..and possibly you could choose a song that has more emotion in it that goes with a storyline ^^ other than that i feel your pain using WMM lol

Yes, that's so very true, but, I have many people who seem to despise my videos, as well. I accept the good with the bad. I'll try to use your advice when making more AMVs, but, that won't be for a while, since I'm currently working on a book, and have no time to mess with Windows Movie Maker.

They're giving you false criticism; an insult hidden in umms and ahhs. Basically, they're saying your video sucks in many ways and is only this popular because it's Death Note. Not because hey, maybe the video's pretty damn good. Note how there's not actually any proper criticism. It's just "try to be more creative". Creative how? "Just because it's Death Note". It might be true for some people, but what proof is there?
