Wonderful mantra. Thank you. There seem to be several variations of the 'Gyatri mantra' on Youtube. One lovely version I have listened to is fairly different and seems to relate specifically to 'Lakshimyai'.

Vishnu patnyai cha dhimahi
tanno lakshmihi prachodayat
Perhaps the one you have been kind enough to guide me towards is the original mantra from which the others have derived in time?
As you and I know the words you talk are always the truth , as is this mantra you chant I Will chant it many times a day . I HOPE OUR FRIENDS WILL DO THE SAME, "RAJ !
