@mcrdude08 If the one you're considering is £60 on Amazon, then it's the cheap foam version that was used as a model for the prop in the video. I did not think the foam version was worth the money so that's why I built the all wood version shown above.
I saw this a long time ago and thought it was the freakin coolest. I just finaly got some Bucky arms and would like to make one. Did you use a wiper motor. Do you have any photos of the inside set up? Thanks
There is a cheap foam coffin available from Spencer's that looks remarkably similar. It has the arm bones, chains and lock. The only difference is the obvious quality of it.
Did you create yours off of that model, or did someone run with your idea to create a cheap replica?
Good work on this prop. And, I enjoy your website!
No. It's made of cedar fence pickets. It was modeled after that $100 foam coffin but there is no way you could mount a wiper motor in one of those cheap props. BTW, I spend a lot less than $100 to make this one.
how do you make it?

This is not the fence board coffin, this is a commercially-available prop made from hard foam, I believe.

Good work. I like your prop's slightly bigger-than-life quality.
