There are actually 2 different throws: A forward throw and side throw. Push either toward or to the side of Snake, and press R1 twice quickly.

Great point. You can do this with any rifle that has the red "CQC" indicator light up in the corner of the screen when equipped. This means the weapon is CQC compatible.

Also with CQC-compatible rifles; you can turn them around, disarm them, and do a hold up instead of slamming them to the ground.

@Handgun777 I found the hand print camo, I know the code that you enter to get 100,000 drebin points, I have most of the faces (all I need is the colonels, raiden B and the laughing bueaties face) I have a ghost photo (1 of 8), I've gotten all the beauties to do the photo shoot thing, I know how to switch the TV channel in the Nomad during 2 of the mission briefings, and I think I have another but I forgot it. on Ps3 or youtube or both? lol

@Bazerald777i think its more accurate to say that the boss and naked snake(big boss) were both the creators of cqc, she was however the more superior user of the cqc in comparison to big boss, however, during the events of operation snake eater, he rose above her due to his experience during the mission and defeated her using cqc, he became the best user after that, over the course of time, he taught solid snake cqc but honestly, i dont think solid snake was the better user, he just uses it.

An advice to all; In mgs4 you'll get the abillity to buy emotion based tranqulizer rounds, there are cry, rage, laughter and scream. DON'T use cry tranq round on those regular pmc soldiers (Atleast not the ones who sound like teens) because when they're shot, they cry like small boys who've got lost from their mothers (the grown ups just sound insane :P). Unless you're a sadist then I can totally reccomend using it ^_^

@roxasthekeyoffate65 Nah i found out what the problem is, i had the difficulty on easy, that immedeately chokes out the victim, ruining the whole point of CQC, you also get 1 hit kils with the operator and instant sleep with the tranquilizer gun, you get the idea, now that i run it on normal its all fine, i dont recommend going on easy :D thanks for the help anyway :)

The throat slash is the best, use it lik a ninja. Also, it's better to use it with Raiden, in MGO so it makes Raiden look lik a stealthy ninja :D

@5Sush0 Well, it depends. Throat slash is a quick kill, but if you're going for a no kill run, obviously, it isn't the best. If you listen as well, your enemy does yelp right as you slit his throat and it may alert nearby enemies.
