You shouldn't apply makeup when you're frowning or it will settle in the lines! @ 6.27

Also I think that the color is too dark for you. Just my opinion. The mac woman sold me the wrong shade and it definitely makes me look darker than I am! When I took it back she was suggesting I go even darker! =/

I just got it in the mail and I am loving it, it's like they mixed their studio finish liquid foundation with their fix+ to create this wonderful thing. It goes on very smooth and makes your skin feel cool when you put it on. It has a great matte finish as you mentioned. I will have to buy back ups of this product soon :D

I would try avoid getting sweaty when you have it on because it is a Liquid foundation however with that said the great thing is you can apply it with your hands so you can put it on after. And if you already have it on take a few baby wipes to remove it before PE. I would take it off because you don't want all that makeup melting off. And it gives great coverage it's kinda build-able but not very. And if you have ever smelled FIX+ that is what is smells like. Check outmy channel I have a review

I am passionate about this issue. I think it is misleading of Mac. I would prefer a product that looks great and is going to protect my face all day from the sun (particularly living in Australia). Do you know if the lip balms in the baby bloom collection have the same ingredient?? Because I was excited about them too!!!

I must say I am a bit disappointed. I was really looking forward to the release of this product in Australia - purely because I love using the face and body foundation, but it does not have an SPF, and I am very aware of the damage the sun can do to my skin. I thought this could be the product for me. It really bothers me that a sun protection product does not give sufficient protection and yet it marketed in a way which makes buyers believe it will protect your face all day

Thanks for talking about octinoxate. I thought about trying this but I may be starting my family soon. Also, I thought I'd note that, while any sunscreen is better than none, all the estheticians I worked with said you need a minimum of at least SPF 25, broad spectrum, every day, more if you spend a lot of time in the sun. Less than that doesn't protect from average daily UV exposure.

hey lebitters - at a small % they tend to overlook that, but they have to list it on the packaging as an active ingredient. Its up to the consumer to know what that active ingredient does and its effects.

I never ever rely on sun protective ingredient in cosmetics--never replace cosmetic product with good old sunscreens. The safest bet is to put sun screen ALWAYS before moisturizer & makeup--as you always say!

Personally I always use a much higher SPF on my face and under my makeup - I put my sunscreen with an SPF of 50 on about 30 minutes before I put on a foundation or a tint which ever product I am using. That gives it time to settle in before applying makeup or tint on top of it.
