Sweet video, and the music selection was perfect. I had the honor to spend a day with Grand Master Do in 2007. He came to a seminar held by the tang Soo do school I attend. He a great person, and just an amazing teacher. In the short time I spent with him I learned so much and was sold on Taekkyun. I can't say enough nice things about the art, GM DO, and the rest of those he brought with him to the seminar.

Those who were talking about the breaking and trick kicks were also talking about the ineffectiveness of those - again, obviously talking about taekwondo.
