in my tom sawyer video, I used a HAVA wireless (the quality was nice, but it lagged a bit and it was stuttery). Now I use an internal ati 650 pci. it's a hardware encoder, which means all the processing is done on the card. from the computer, I use the purple A/V cable it comes with which is about 5 feet long, and that goes to my 360 output.
