@Gauthier808 from what i've heard, bandpass sounds really nice and loud on a small range of frequencies but drops off considerably outside of that range.

that's why a lot of competition vehicles use bandpass enclosures.

i remember i left a comment saying i was thinking of getting these or the dual bandpass but then someone told me its actually well worth it to get a better sub so what the hell i got a btl 18 hahaha and when i get a car ill be slamming like hell right now its already set up and man im glade i looked into getting a better sub then these even better a 18inch beast 3000-4000watts weighing in at 70-75pounds if youll like check it out but love the system good for starting out

I found a pair of these before and one blew in under a second! But I put over 1000w rms to it lol but these sound good, I like the box. But I heard bandpass don't hit lows

Actually Visonik is not as bad as you think. Think about it, still better than Xplod's. I also bought it mainly for the box and planned on replacing the speakers but they turned out to be pretty decent.

with the Xplod brand ive actually seen them Explode! so if that doesnt tell you something about them i dont know what will lol.

the reason they explod is cause you have to have the right set-up tuned right and dont over do-it on the watts one of my buddies posted a 154.2 db with two explods with a custom filter dumb dumb and one of my custom speaker builders posted 128.3 with a eight inch sub so before you speak know yur shit!!!! haha
