I been bodybuilding for a while 19 years or so and I'm starting to have some respect for these Japanese bodybuilders. Great symmetry. Maybe not mass monsters but they have that 70s and 80s look a golden time for bodybuilding. They have an American fan now. The one guy looking like he have a bicep tear like Lee Priest. Is bodybuilding popular in Japan?
@gwatson101 No, nowhere nearly as popular as it is in the US or europe. b/c of that, they can't make a living as bodybuilders and they all have jobs of their own. This man Sue(pronounced as su-eh) is a police officer. BTW most of japanese bodybuilders are life time roid free. That perhaps explains the great symmetry.
I think the accident is relating to him overtraining. Cause he keeps on going on about how he was only thinking about building muscle, and then that happened.
Kan I get that way naturally, I have tried but I cant as soon as I start dieting I lose all the muscle I have gained, so is that look possible naturally.?
Arlacchine all talk but no show, im sure the only weight you have ever pull are typing on your keybaord and clicking your mouse and dragging it around. you can't do half the shit this guy can and yet talking shit behind your computer....

i think to achieve his physique naturally is possible. Well, of course, we are not comparing to the IFBB Pros.

Despite losing part of his biceps in accident, he still has a solid nice body. That is very commendable!

Not impressive at all. He struggles hard with some medium ranged weigths. I can use more weigths, do it in a better form and with less effort.

Thats because he lost part of his biceps in accident. It's shown in Japanese.
