  • do you grease the tin muffins? also, if the bread is not brown and puffy at the time you suggested do you bake it further to achieve what the bread is supposed to look like? i made my first brazilian bread and it puffed up but was extremely dense. am i doing something wrong?

    You cannot substitute the tapioca starch with white flour because the starch enables the bread to grow. It acts like baking powder.

    But what you might try is to use less tapioca starch and add mashed potatoes to the dough.
