  • @FlightRight101 first of alL (U NEVER RESPOND AND U MAKE NO SENSE) the squatflex is just for somone to check how much bands they can pick up there not saying working out with the squatflex would get you to dunk, its to see how much bands you can pick up, say if i can pick up three bands per side i work on my legs more and after sometim im then able to pick up six then workout some more and over a certain time period when i would check again and im at seven i then would be able to dunk

  • The SquatFlex is basically a partial hack squat, with bands instead of weight. I can see how people would see some gains from it, but they're simply not optimizing their progress. It's is too quad dominate to be a complete program in of itself. If you're serious about becoming a more explosive athlete you need to get strong in the hips, glutes, posterior chain, as well as the quads. The best way to do this is with barbell squats, full range of motion. Then do some plyometrics to get quicker.

  • very good points, over at adarq.org we caught slam lying about the squatflex

    look over to your right and you will see the jumpusa scam fraud video, slam saying squatflex got him to dunk, but 2 years earlier for the F101 dvd he says hes never worked out before hes all natural.

    Jumpusa took a stupid exercise the hacksquat, and threw bands on a box.

    gym membership>squatflex, but its why they market to younger kids who dont know anything

  • @ChosenOne43 It's still one heck of equipment. Technology is about creating new type of approaches. This may fail ton of times and might not beat the traditional but it still serve for advancement in science. Training is extremely simple and has very few science in it if at all.

    theres A TON OF SCIENCE behind training are you fucking me? It should not be considered equipment and its not a new approach. This shit wont serve as an advancement in science. Bands have a purpose but not this way. People are looking for a easy "magical way" of getting vert and shit their pants at the sight of a barbell. Watch the video where we prove jumpusa pays people like Slam to blow up the squat flex but we disproved that.

    Things tat are quite innovative:

    leg press, deceleration limiter, hack squats, cable lifts, core methods, ISOMETRICS, plyo etc. And look at this todd. HE DID THESE!!!!!

  • I agree nothing can beat the gym and real squats this is just another thing that promises quick results to get peoples money if you want to be in great shape it takes hard work.

Just a curious thought...I Youtube and Googled Jacob Hiller and I CANNOT seem to find a SINGLE video of him dunking a basketball, or lets say he doesn't even play basketball, There isn't even a video of him out there demonstrating how high his vertical leap actually is....It makes me wonder, why would anyone take advice and listen to a so called, "vertical leap GURU" if he cant even jump?? Someone PLEASE send me a video of him dunking....I would LOVE to see it....

  • @Chinkyprep88 I'm one of his buds and I've seen an underground video of him making an impressive horizontal jump, but yes I agree he should work on his hops and put out a video. Actually Brandon Todd used the Jump Manual and endorsed it ;)

  • @Zebeldarebel Actually endorsed and used are two differnet things...LOL Endorsed would mean that i recieved some form of payment...which i didn't...and I did the jumpmanual with a ton of other jump programs...and it does have some good principles...but, it wasn't enough training for me...and what i needed..which was overall strength and explosiveness.....they always say proof is in the pudding...

  • @Zebeldarebel....an UNDERGROUND video? are you serious? Anyone can just go outside and shoot a video clip of them jumping... whats so exclusive about it that it has to be underground? Is Jacob embarrassed to show the fans his vertical leap...can he even dunk for that matter? Idk the answer to that. And if the video and proof is not out there anywhere, than i assume the answer is NO. But I have to give him credit tho he does give a few good tips. And I did purchase the jump manual..(mistake)

Any fans of Jacob's out there please prove me wrong and show me a video of him jumping...any video....this is a classic case scenario of someone who doesn't "PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH".Theres no proof. At least this Brandon todd guy can dunk and he actually shows people how to workout. Flight-Right is the best program. and its free

  • @Chinkyprep88 I think your taking what I say the wrong way, I agree with you on everything. Just bringing the facts I knew to the table. And yes, with the jump manual alone, white, 40 inch vert 5'9 with shoes and dunking. I expect more from Flight Right.

  • @Chinkyprep88 I used Jump manual and i gained 8 inches from it. Jacob got real hops man. He came down to Ghana and did amazing dunks. The guy can get his elbow to the rim, 360's, reverse and a whole lot. He is really explosive and nearly tore one of our rims down.

In my opinion it sucks, half of the ebook is all filler information, and there are only several weeks of workouts that he tells you to recycle over and over again..And all the stuff your claiming he can do? The fact is, thats all HEARSAY, and you cant prove it. HE CANT prove it either. You guys are buying into a fake "guru" who preaches on how to jump but probably never jumped a day in his life.... to me it sounds like a SCAM..

  • @Chinkyprep88 hiller? guy is pretty knowledgeable. I'm watching what he say. The only thing that I found ridiculous about that is that , he emphasizes "quick" neurological gains a lot. In reality, when those gains are up, you'll just gonna have to get more muscles to make gains. He do not reject the idea of it and lifting heavy and so is high reps for hypertrophy. He gives an alternative to those who don't access gym.

  • The squatflex would be great if it was 30 bucks and u could bring it along on trips, however, they took advantage of people.
