The flag is waving, but that argument is fake i think, because it's not really waving, it could be because there is less gravity on the moon and on one of the stones they brought from the moon, there was a "C" writen on it...

Think about this: Since the astronauts were able to jumped and came down slowly = gravity still exist on the moon. However, if there were gravity existed at that time, why was the US flag be able to remain in that position till today without any gravity force acting on it??? Very fishy.

No wind or not is not the main subject. Gravity involves of downward weight acting on the object. The USA flag is able to hang in the mid-air for 4 decades without dropping down. If there is not gravity, why the astronauts were able to jump and come down to the moon surface again?

I don't understand what you mean. There is a pole behind the flag but it is vertical, not horizontal. It can stop the flag from moving forward or backward but not preventing it from dropping down due to gravitational force. Another thing is, no matter how small the gravity is, the flag will still drop down when gravity is present on it.
