  • after watching my mom have open heart surgery, i got to see what it would likely be like for me if i continued eating fast food, so i stopped for a week using willpower, and it made me sick to eat after that, so it's basically totally gone from my life now. this is down from near-daily consumption.

    after a month without it, you probably won't ever go back. at least, that's been my experience.

  • Hey man keep up the diet! Glad to hear your feeling a lot healthier, but for sure hit up the gym. You don't need to get crazy at all, just go like 3 times a week 30 min walking on the Tred, and 30 min lifting some weights. I heard that gyms in Japan are outrageously expensive tho.

  • Tkyo I used to be in your position. I stopped eating everything I was eating before and stopped eating meat,bread or fried foods. I started eating just fish chicken vegetables and thats it. Dr.Nakamats said one meal a day is the best! I just ate one meal a day and I also did sit ups but you dont really need to do that. You just need to eat healthy. Thats what I did and in about a year I became altot thinner.

  • Watch out for alcohol! The amount of energy (Calories) in it is ridiculously high. I'm not telling you not to drink at all, but if you happen to go out often try to cut pack on the amount you're drinking atlest. Just a word of advice, keep it up man & good-luck! :)

  • I had the same problem quitting fast food. It is like a drug. The chemicals in those foods are known to be addictive. Not just fake addictive, but real addictive.

  • if your a console gamer a great way to casually loose weight is to get a walking machiene (just a small one they are pretty cheap) and then do some walking whilst gaming. You loose track of time and you burn a load of calories. I would say be careful with this juice fast your body needs certain things and meat is one of them!

  • I've been doing a weightloss thing for about 4 months and I've lost a total of about 65lbs so far. I got most of my motivation from the Shayloss channel on youtube if you've ever seen it. But keep it up man, it sucks but it's worth it once people start saying "wow you're skinny now"

  • Nice! most of the weight you lost is liquid tho so if you slip the weight will come back just like that. The weight loss will slow down after about a week or two but you'll feel more energized after you get used to it.

  • Gotta work out man, if you don't want the saggy skin definitely get a bit in at the gym. Remember, weight isnt everything. Muscle weighs more than fat. ONe thing to be concerned about is doing too much without any food in your system. Another thing to consider is, if your embarrassed to take your clothes off with someone when your overweight, would having that saggy skin be better? It doesn't happen to everyone but I do suggest some working out on those spots you see the saggy skin. Keep it up..

  • Sam, stick to vegetable juice drinks only, not fruit based ones because all that fruit sugar feeds candida, bacteria and parasites in your body. A simple thing you can do to make the veggie drinks more palatable is to add a pinch of cayenne pepper, much easier to drink. If you're not eating solid foods, that means you'll need to take a supplement to keep your digestive system going, so I would recommend taking a colon cleansing powder like GHC Oxy-Powder which you can buy online. Just Google it
