I would of liked to hear accidents will happen...I wish the police would of played longer too. I saw them two times in chicago and at wrigley field last year they play way more songs then in May at Allstate Arena.
For fans of Elvis, two hours is actually pretty short. I've seen him play for nearly 3. If you're not a fan (and I have to presume you're not) I recommend "Imperial Bedroom," "Book & Chocolate," "Get Happy!!!" and my personal favorite, "King Of America."
u havent seen the last of the police, all u need to know is that the tour grossed well over 300 million dollars not inclusing merchandising, etc,so sting will put out a few stiff albums and lackluster tours and we'll see a new police cd and tour by....i say...2010-2011.bet on it. ps- the van halen 2008 tour clips like "hot for teacher", "panama" blow this off the map in energy and intensity.the police play like 50 year old men..van halen still sound like young bucks.jackskelling is a douchebag.
Well, if they come back, I'd like to see them again. Hopefully with better tickets, lol. What the heck took them so long anyway? When I heard the clips from their appearance at Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame I thought they had lost it completely, glad to be wrong!
u know why..u are in debt..u dont pay your bills..creditors are after you...and...you are losing your hair and look like a bald old shmuck douchebag...poorass
It was a dream come true to see those guys in concert. I started listening to them in the 2nd grade when Ghost in the Machine came out. It was the best show i've ever seen.
I was there also, I was also way further back, in the lower bowl straight from the stage. It was truely a great show, and kinda sad because it will be the last time i ever see them all together again.
I was there! But WAY further back than you apparently were. Thanks for posting an amazing and astute set of highlights, especially of Copeland moving from one percussion set to the other with that little flourish of his.!
Is this in french or something?
