There are families which have 5 or 6 children or even more. Thus far making decision to have children was on man and woman. But problem with this is that some people have more children than they can support, they can't afford good education or good conditions of life for them. Family planning is a great idea. So is education and even availability of birth control. However, it is still the individuals choice, and not yours or anyone else's, as to under what "conditions" someone would be "allowed" to have children. Once established the government can change the conditional requirements at their whim. Perhaps a minimum salary, property ownership, membership in the correct party, etc. BTW, the climate is cooling and CO2 is insignificant as a causal agent either way.

Nor do we have any actual evidence that CO2 drives temperature. What we DO know is that it has always lagged behind in the past. In short, the science is fake. If mankind produced oxygen while using energy they'd claim that was a "greenhouse gas" instead. Oh, CO2 is a minor GHG, but not enough to actually measure. Especially when you destroy the data.

But problem with this is that some people have more children than they can support, they can't afford good education or good conditions of life for them. This is why some children become criminals and psychos. Whit this system you will be allowed to have children only if you can provide for them!

@kalu19991 I see the arguement, but what I do not agree with, is forcing people to have just one child. Who have the right to say how many children you should have ? lets say your wife gets pregnant with twins and the state say you must chose one for abortion, not right, not one bit.There is something wrong is you need to ask any one for permetion to have kids, its unhuman, if I want achild, I dont ask any one, it is my choice and my right and my responcibility....noone owns me.

As a law student i am learning about law systems try history. What we consider right now wasn't considered then.
I don't think it will be in form of permission, i think it will be in a form of certain conditions which you will have to fulfill in order to have kids. For example not to be imprisoned for longer than year, not to have any incurable deadly disease, to have income which can support it...
Any1 who fulfill these conditions will have undeniable right to have kid(s),

I cant in my worst nightmare see that any one have any right over another human being regardless, alot less 'allowing' people to have children, just plain sick ! That is my view on things. Ofcourse if there is CLEAR evidence of Abuse and Harm being done to the Childs, the Parents must be hold accountable, but as it is now, the Child Prtoection system is far to easy for them (CPS/A?) to intervene with families and even take the child/s.. Raising children is a job for the parents, not the state..

I am unsure if you talk about people with disabilities that makes them unsuited to care for children, that is another situatiion.
Lets say: YOU want to have a child with your partner, and have to turn in an application,just because that is the law, would that be okey by you ? You wouldnt feel upset in anyway ? What if they say NO, your home is under the minimun square feet allowed having one child..
And, you cant afford a bigger home, what then? would it be Ok then too?not much freedom there.

Listen, if world government is forming then the laws will be for all people. That means for Africa and India and so on. People on the west won't be so affected whit this. And before you start complainig to me that for their right to have children, i ask you have you seen pictures of African children starving because their parents can't feed them. What in the world do you mean "allowed to make babies." It is not up to you, I, or anyone else to determine whether or not someone chooses to have a baby, regardless of the conditions. How would you like for me to decide how many children you can have, or what they should eat, or watch on TV, or what books they can or cannot read. It's all part and parcel of the same thing, personal freedom. Just because someone is poor doesn't give the rich and powerful a right to control their lives.

Their parents got them by accident (had no intention to have babies), so it wasn't their free decision anyway. They should be educated so they use contraceptives if they don't want to have babies.

Family planning is a great idea. So is education and even availability of birth control. However, it is still the individuals choice, and not yours or anyone else's, as to under what "conditions" someone would be "allowed" to have children. Once established the government can change the conditional requirements at their whim. Perhaps a minimum salary, property ownership, membership in the correct party, etc. BTW, the climate is cooling and CO2 is insignificant as a causal agent either way.
