I have to agree...he certainly isn't his usual erudite self. What he says makes sense but it isn't quite as clearly stated as usual. He mis-spoke several times (one of the tell-tale signs of being stoned), and he seemed to be speaking a bit more slowly than usual. He also seemed to be in better humour than his usual serious, melancholic self. Maybe he was just in a good mood, who knows.

I wouldn't say he was over the top, though. More like very relaxed.

Norman's interview is poor. I mean, really - I agree with most of his conclusions but believe he just assumes that everyone is going to buy his arguments. Someone not versed in his assumptions would cast his arguments to the side as the blabbering of some liberal instead of giving his arguments consideration.
