I love Prince Nuada as much as any other fan, and wish to see him again perhaps "missing days(?)"; but I would not want his character to be brought back from the dead or anything like that.

With Nuada's wanting to kill the entire human population:

1) He doesn't have the golden army, whom lets remind everyone, is indestructible

2) It more than likely wouldn't go with Del Toro's plan with the last film of Hellboy.

I wonder what the thing is with Hellboy 'villains' and twirling blades? Both Kroenen and Nuada looked pretty impressive with their martial poetry in motion, pity they didn't have more screen time or expanded backstorys.

Nuada has suffered abuse for centuries due to human irresponsibility. He has chronically felt depressed, shamed, and emasculated. He cannot fulfill his duty as a prince to lead his people to expand and prosper. As anyone familiar with chronic abuse knows, it is a sad irony that those abused often become abusers themselves. That is what has happened to Nuada. He is a decent soul twisted by abuse. He can only see humans as "them" now. He is a beautiful man whose soul has been twisted.
