it's not snitching. people need to do the right thing. that is giving a name or description if they are a witness to the crime. black people cry racisim when police can't solve crimes in their neighborhoods because the witnesses won't give a name or description. but until they do that the crime rate will go higher, people will make excuses and white people will continue to be blamed instead of the blame going where it should be.
