It depends on what you posess, a full ATPL or 0 and have applied through their cadet programe which has halted to 2009. Partly due to the demise of local airlines.
If you have been accepted by ryanair and have paassed the assesment at east midlands 45 minute 737-800 sim assesment, english assesment, technical assesment. Then you should be anticipating your 8 week 737-800 TQ at Arlanda, sweden which requires just your full ATPL and little required knowledge of the 737-800.
