This was never an actual song, it was part of the video game Space Channel 5, I think this particular song was on Space Channel 5: 2, Michael played the part of "Space Michael" in both games. It was made unavilable in some countries as the second part of the game came out in 2004 and was taken off the shelves following the 2005 allegations.
