@barrellolaughs So is Saturday. Saturday and sunday are referred to as the weekend. . They just call saturday and sunday the weekend becuz kids attend school and typically adults work monday thru friday and saturday and sunday are the usual days off after those long 5 days of the week. But Sunday is the 1st day of the week.

@TheMonteVideos Hold on, hold on. Didn't the Bible say that God made all his creations and then rested on Sunday? That would make Sunday the last day of the week unless God phoned in sick on the previous Sunday and was therefore a day late in all of his creations.

If Sunday is the first day of the week then he took eight days to make everything.

It would be better though, if instead, the verse went "Saturday ... then, we start again". He sings:Sunday - Saturday ... Sunday comes again (pause). Sunday, Monday etc " which I think, is to what Cryptocracyz101 was referring, two Sundays without a clear distinction. Nice gentle little tune though for toddlers to sing so that once they start to learn about the days of the week there is some precognition.
