The English league is much faster than the Spanish or Italian league, and anyone can be successful. Vela isn't more technical than Bergkamp or Berbatov, and actually has pace just below that of Theo Walcott. He isn't weak, so he'll do fine if those players did fine.

He is like a young eduardo,. Vela is quicker probarbly due to age and the fact edu broke his leg but atm i would say eduardo has slightly more class but not much, its going to be exiciting when vela is a total perfectionist with his pace. Edu is the perfect footballer for him to learn from..

I hope he gets out his potential in the arsenal soon. He has shown enormous potential at times but has been weak in many premier league games. I think he has problems with self-confidence that Walcott had in the beginning. hope he comes up next season. if not, he is going to be big star in one of the top clubs in Spain after he has spent some years in the middle good Spanish club.

well i kinda disagree. i like spanish soccer, but its more competitive in the FA premier. and i think english clubs have a slightly faster pace than in the spanish liga.

Vela already played in the Spanish league for Salamanca and Osasuna when on loan from Arsenal. He has been more successful as a striker in England than as a striker cum winger in both those teams. What is your point?
The English league is much faster than the Spanish or Italian league, and anyone can be successful. Vela isn't more technical than Bergkamp or Berbatov, and actually has pace just below that of Theo Walcott. He isn't weak, so he'll do fine if those players did fine.
