hey guys, right now i am shopping around for a good post workout protein. right now i am using amplified wheybolic extreme 60. do you think there is something better i could be using?
Hey guys i have been following almost all of the videos that yall post and so just wanna say thank you for posting such good videos to make us better understand each product also i have two questions the first one is, is there a considerable effect if you drink your protein within 30 minutes of the work out? the second one is, is it bad to bathe after the work out(after about 10 minutes)?
I play rugby and they are doing drug tests on banned supplements. I've ordered this but i'm nervous incase I get banned! Can you please reply as soon as possible?
great video guys, my feedback on it is that is the best tasting protein i've ever had, seems to be working great as well and easy to look forward to after a workout, my only negative is that it seems to be giving me some serious gas. I do intake alot of fiber in a day but since i have started this product the gas is plentiful and powerful haha, other then that great tho!
in terms of having a protein powder for post workout which would be better myofusion, isopure, or insu-pro. im 18 years old and lean. which protein would be best for building strength and putting on muscle while staying lean defined?
Thanks guys i went off and bought this and damn the vanilla tastes amazing. compared to the shitty taste of maximuscle products i was on previously its on a complete other level.
@StrikeAtTheHeart yes it is a good tasting powder. we just tried the new version (chocolate only so far) and it tastes very good as well. Thank you for watching.
@nick4parra Overall if you don't want to have more than 1 powder it will certainly do the trick and can be used any time. its not ideal post workout. Ideally you would take fast absorbing carbs and fast absorbing protein and then eat slower absorbing whole foods within 60-90 minutes. Hope this helps.
Two questions here. Number 1 how many servings from the 5lb tub? Number 2 would this be good to use after workout? cos spending money on two different proteins for both slow and fast absorption is quite expensive.

Hi I have a question, I am 20 years old, 155lbs, trying to get LEAN MUSCLE MAS. WHAT SUPPLEMENT SHOULD I GET? Gaspari REAL MASS or Gaspari MyoFusion? I will really appreciate the response
@robyfreshh depends on your goal, check out our vid on how to gain weight/how to gain muscle as we go in depth on the topic. If you have any questions after watching feel free to send them. Hope this helps.
@MsDJ619 sure Myofusion is a solid powder that can help one get to ~0.75-1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight per day from a combination of food and supplements. Also we have a vid on bodybuilding supplements for teens you find helpful.
Hey guys, got a question. I didn't really get it when and when to take the shake, Do I have to take it everyday even when I havent or am not going to work out on the day. and whats the best time to take the shake? Morning, Midday, or at Night and before workout or afterwork out? this will really help me out:) You gave a good review:) deffenietly going to order this myofusion. Thanks allot
@Connie26031992 when is not the most important (although Myofusion is not ideal post workout), rather how much is what matters. You want to take in 0.75-1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight/day from a combination of food and supplements. So let's say you want to get 175g of protein/day & get 100g from food then you would get the remainder from protein powder. Myofusion is being reformulated so we should have a new review up when it does. Thank you for the kind words, hope this helps
@BestPriceNutrition i use it post workout and i am gaining very well, the whey and egg are good post workout, the milk protein gives you longer aminos after to help recover from training
@SuperTestfreak its not that it won't help post workout b/c it will, rather its more that its not ideal. Ideally you would take fast absorbing carbs and protein and then eat slower absorbing whole foods within 60-90 minutes. Overall though if you don't want to have more than 1 powder it will certainly do the trick.
@BestPriceNutrition i used to take plain whey whith gatorade post training,i should go back to it,its just a pain in the ass having all the different powders,i do trust gaspari products, they are real and work, some brands just want to get your money but gaspari cares about its costumers
@SuperTestfreak we understand that for sure it can be a pain to have a bunch of different powders. If you send us a PM we can send you some samples for you to try if you'd like.
@glockid90 if you call in your order we do, however we have our new site ready to roll out in the next few weeks which will have Canada and Australia shipping :)
@BestPriceNutrition Hey guys. I have an interesting question about this protein. I thought maybe you could answer. I heard a lot of people say that myofusion is mainly whey concentrates. Even on the label first ingredient is concentrate which means it's the most in it. So, have you got any idea what is the protein actual ratio I mean the % of whey concentrate, % casein, % whey isolate and % egg albumen. Thank you.
@DUAL727 we don't as they don't reveal the exact breakdown, they are coming out with a new version w/ rice protein (likely due to the increase in the price of whey). One blended powder that does give you a break down is Tru Nutrition Science Tru Tein as it is 40/40/20. Hope this helps.
@gunboundmaster69 its not ideal as it is not going to absorb very fast. This is not to say it would be terrible, rather there are better alternatives. We really like Empyrean Nutrition Insu Pro for post workout. Hope this helps.
@gunboundmaster69 you really can't as it has to due w/ the casein protein in the blend and the added fat which are fine, just not ideal for post workout.
@gunboundmaster69 the source of protein will largely determine this. Whey protein isolates and hydrolysates absorb very fast (not too big on hydrolyzed whey, see our video on Platinum Hydro Whey). Also a patented powder, PeptoPro which is a hydrolyzed casein absorbs very fast as well. Limiting the amount of fat and fiber when taking these will also speed up absorption.
@playerman1 check out the healthyskeptic website as there is very interesting research on cholesterol, well worth at least 10 minutes checking it out. If you'd like PM us and we can elaborate. Thank you for watching.
@StokedBeastMotoDr the vast majority of brands will tell you whats in the product, rather its more that you have to cut through the marketing and know what is in it and what it should cost. For instance MuscleTech Nitro Tech is primarily a whey protein concentrate (w/ ton of adjectives describing it) that is way overpriced. Myofusion is a quality powder and is priced accordingly, hope this helps.
@toolboy33 lol, yes many of you guys have told me and in more recent videos I have corrected it as I can see how that would be annoying (did it subconsciously). Thank you for watching.
@junfatzoid not specifically, however if you are having trouble gaining weight you need to eat more than you burn. A few supplements that would help include weight gainers, creatine, and EFAs. We have a video coming up on how to gain weight where we will go into more detail. Hope this helps.

Got half a tub of this from a friend who didn't like the taste (said it was too sweet), Cookies & Cream flavour, certainly won't be changing protein shakes for a while now, nicest shake I've ever had!
@BestPriceNutrition meal replacement as in a protein shake to have when you don't have time to eat that supplies you with lean protein and still keeps you full.
@bamzoni101 well there are many that fit the bill. One should consider cost per gram of protein and quality of the powder. A couple examples include: Blended powder - Tru Nutrition Science Trutein. Whey - Allmax Isoflex or All Whey. Hope this helps.
hello there, i have a quick question. I'm lactose intolerant. Currently i'm using Isoflex but it is quite expensive. is there anything else that i can take instead of isoflex? right now i'm looking at myofusion, intrapro and iso 100. i just want something that's not going to upset my stomach. thanks:)
@MRpatra27 those powders will also have little or no lactose so they would suffice, Myofusion likely has the most lactose where as the other 2 should have little to none. Iso 100 does not disclose the method used for isolating their protein so we would recommend avoiding it.
@BestPriceNutrition thanks for your reply:) so obviously isoflex is the best one...i'm using it right now and like it alot. the price is just a little high for me though. is there anything else you would recommend?
@MRpatra27 oh you can definitely find others that will do the job. If you are not overly sensitive to lactose where a small amount won't bother you, you could stay with Allmax if you like them the All Whey is a cheaper powder.
@duy3o3 Gaspari does not release that info, however one get an idea based on it being a whey, egg, and casein blend to a point as they do not close the amount of each protein type in the blend. To our knowledge Tru Nutrition Sciences Tru Tein is the only blend that does disclose this info.
im taking myofusion atm, have been for about 7 days, im adding a teaspoon of creatine monohydrate as well... it tastes good, hope its good in the long run.
I'm really suspicious of this industry! I've trained all my life and yeah of course I supplement and there are benefits, but I think the difference from product to product is so exagerrated!
@oman0115 being an informed skeptic is a good thing, however don't become a lazy skeptic. We go after companies all of the time for hyperbolic marketing and do a lot of research to find empirical evidence, so please tune in to our videos. Thank you for watching.
@BestPriceNutrition Good to hear, to be honest I find your reviews helpful and will probably be buying this product next. I just feel the market is flooded nowadays and there are a lot of rogue companies filling their supps with sugar and other rubbish and feeding off the ignorance of joe public!
@oman0115 we agree and feel it is our job along with consumers like yourself to inform the public so as to keep the government out of the industry as that is riddled with unintended consequences.
@1885Bennymusic when a lot of these products settle they will appear that way, however when they are filled they do require a large container. If you are ever concerned you are being shorted on product you should weigh it to make sure you get what you paid for. Hope this helps.
@1885Bennymusic no worries we did not take offense and see where you are coming from. We just wanted to make sure you get what you pay for whether its from us or another store. Thanks for watching.
@shroomopolis well it certainly would not hurt, rather post workouts typically consist of faster absorbing proteins with high glycemic index carbs for an insulin spike. Now there is some hyperbole regarding the importance of this however insulin is a very powerful hormone that a natural athlete can really take advantage of spiking pwo.
im 150lbs about 5'7-5-8 im new to this proetien/whey protein stuff ive never suplemented but decided to when i was told that the reason i wasnt getting "cut" was becuase i wasnt taking suplements to help my body. would this be something id want to take?.. and im not trying to get bigger
@kldodgers1 protein powders are considered very important supplements as most people struggle to get enough protein (~ 1g per lb of body weight/day) from diet alone.
so, what would you recommend i eat in order bulk up. and i weigh 157 pounds and my height is 5foot and 7 inches. so how much calories would i need to bulk up?
@ULDragon it really depends upon your activity level. A good start is to get 1g of protein, 2g of carbs per pound of body weight (you should get enough fat from eating a balanced diet, plus supplementing an EFA is always encouraged). So for you try to get ~150g of protein, ~300g carbs, and ~50g fat. Try this for 4-6 weeks and see how much you gain. If you are still not gaining increase your carbs to 3g per pound of body weight. Hope this helps.
@ULDragon the only thing you need to bulk up is a caloric surplus not supplements neccesarily. supplements are out there to help. eat 2500 calories, if youre not gaining weight increase cals to 2600 and repeat as neccesary.
get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, .45 times bw in fat and use the rest of your calories for carbs and additional protein and fat.
get enough sleep and lift consistantly/progressively and youl be fine
@gsxrstunna333 any protein can bulk you up as no matter what powder you get you will still need protein, the term bulking powder is usually assigned to weight gainers which simply have more calories per serving (usually from carbs). you can eat more carbs if you need them to gain weight or you can get them in a powder.
is this a good product to use to bulk up? im about to start taking this product about 3 times a day and i was wondering how long does it take to fully get absorbed and if this is a good product to use to bulk up
@ULDragon it's not a bulking powder in and of itself in that it does not have a lot of calories per serving. However if you are eating a lot in addition to this then it certainly can serve as a bulking agent as protein is needed to build muscle.
Myofusion or syntha 6? Thats what i want to know. Finished a jar of syntha 6 vanilla and it was good all around now i want something better that almost has the same taste.
@mynameisnate320 They are both similar blended proteins and both are known for taste, biggest difference is the amount of calories in Syntha-6, it has more carbs. Hope this helps.
@ojay67 at this point there is no research that shows these have any long term adverse effects. If you want to avoid them there are some good powders that use stevia as the sweetener.
@bisson13 there are a few really good ones, a couple examples include: a very good Whey Isolate - Allmax Nutrition Isoflex and a very good blended protein powder - Tru Nutrition Sciences Trutein.
just bought this stuff today, going to be using it along side jack 3d and another stack to aid muscle gain and fat burning, i took some of this today and its surprisingly easy to drink compared to some other proteins ive had. ill get back to you on my results in about a month
i was reading on some forums that you could make your own weight gainer by adding 2 scoops of myofusion with a cup of milk and a cup of oats. i calculated about 930 calories with that but at the same time about 80g of protein. isnt that alot of protein to take in at once? will my body even use those 80g?
@blackhawk777 that's a myth, if you give your body enough protein be it 1 meal or 6 your body knows what to do with it. Now you may get a little gassy and tired if you take in a lot in one sitting however you will absorb it.
Hey guys. I've been looking at your videos for 2 days now, very informative stuff! I currently take Purple K Creatine and Jack3d together. I just got off jack3d, I'm off cycling. I've been seeing strength results, but now I wanna try protein because I want muscle mass. I want to build muscle! I want to try myofusion, but what would you guys recommend? Thanks!
@parkb0m adding a protein powder to your regimen is a very good idea as it can be difficult to get enough protein from whole food alone. As for which one you choose Myofusion is known for good taste so it may be a good start if you have not used protein powder in the past.
Great vid. Which would you recommend. Pro Complex, Nitro Core, Myofusion or Syntha 6? I want to use as an all around protein. I currently only have Gold Standard Whey and Pro Complex Gainer. I take a half serving of the Pro Complex gainer post work out which has about 30 grams of portein and 42 grams of carbs blended in a banana. I would like to know if a Gainer is good post w.o since it has carbs to help absorb the protein? Thanks.
@raulgomez902 you can use a weight gainer pwo. If you are looking for a recovery specific powder check out Empyrean Nutrition Insu-Pro as the ingredients are specific to pwo (fast absorption). As far as blended proteins we get good feedback on the taste of Myofusion and Trutein.
i bought the strawberry flavor from gnc. the protein itself tastes and mixes well, however the texture is not something i like: it has egg albumen, so its texture is like egg white. I love egg whites only when they are cooked; otherwise I get that mucus building nausea :)
if you want better texture, go with muscle milk light: it has a blend of slow and fast release proteins without albumin and it tastes good.
@broreggae serving size depends on how much protein you need and whether you mix it with milk or water is entirely up to you, just keep in mind if you are watching your calories milk will add some calories.
@PNUTSHUFFLEZ323 whether you mix it with milk or water is entirely up to you, just keep in mind if you are watching your calories milk will add some calories.
@bestpricenutrition Your guys' site is so hard to navigate. I try to make an account on the site and you guys don't have Canada as one of the countrys. Yet in the above comment you state that you ship to US, Canada, and Australia. I try to add an item to the cart to see how much an item costs but it tells me that my cart is empty......please fix it I'd like to buy numerous products from you guys.
@t3chnon3 yes we jsut had to turn off our Canada shipping option as we were having an issue with our API tools, sorry about that. Please call us and we can process your order.
@FarniFitness Both great proteins... I have tried both and I’m happy with the results with both..... Myofusion tastes better, however i got a bad flavour of Gold whey so there might be a better flavour...... I think the gold standard whey is a bit more fast acting too... but i mean they both have the same amount of protein its really up to you what you get.... I tried myofusion because I was cheaper in my area and it still works great..... but alot of people like ON whey.......
@BestPriceNutrition Continued, sorry...Also I might e having to take myofusion to the gym and all I'll have it a shaker, how would I take this preworkout, or would I be able to take 1 scoop postworkout...any tips/help on how I should incorporate this product would be helpful...it is really hard to figure out how to since it has such low calories, and I want take be able to make it quick and easy. Thanks for your time...love your vids bro.
@mattownsu1 thank you for watching. So you are looking to make Myofusion your pre-workout in terms of a pre-workout meal? Sorry just want to make sure we understand you correctly so we can be of more help. Also please feel free to go to our channel homepage and send us and email to get around the character limit.
@BestPriceNutrition Thanks a lot for this video, I have a question, if you could please answer! I'm starting my new workout routine to get ready for the Navy SWCC, 6 days a week, 4cardio(running/swimming)/endurance training(pull ups, push ups, situps), then 2 strength training days. My Q is, how would I be able to take this. I would like to take it as a preworkout, but don't know how, and I have 100% gold standard whey too...How can I incorporate Myofusion efficiently...Quick and Easy preworkout
@moss4life100 no, hydrolyzed is a process, in this case of breaking peptides into shorter chains, it is not a think (noun) like MSG. hope this helps clear this up.
@punisherhomer Really? I'll take these reviews. There plenty of others posting simple reviews for the stupid, go check those out and don’t pollute good reviews with your comments. Don't want these guys to stop.
@Rtyzd09 its the new formula with hydrolyzed whey. Feedback has been the same as the original formula. We really don't know how much hydrolyzed whey was added and do not think it will make much of a difference in terms of effectiveness, the taste seems to be unchanged.
@snowbro0535 you can, it's not ideal but will do the job. If you had a very intense workout and did not ingest a fair amount of carbs leading up to your workout be sure to add some to your Myofusion. A good post-workout has a 2:1 ratio carbs:protein.
@GillrocK they reformulated it and changed the flavor from Double Chocolate to Milk Chocolate, the change is really in name the flavor itself is the same.
@grantflip yes unfortunately protein prices rose recently with the cost of other foods and energy. We have not tried the weight gainer, it does have the same protein source except carbs are added for additional calories.
@tropicthunderdancers Not necessarily. There are some factors that come into play such as bodyweight and protein type. Let’s say you have 160 pounds of lean mass and in turn want to take 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass. Research demonstrates that whether you get it in 3 feedings or 6, it does not matter. Personally I prefer eating 5-6 times per day as I find taking too much protein in one sitting upsets my stomach plus it seems to give a better ability to stick with a routine.

@junfatzoid not specifically, however if you are having trouble gaining weight you need to eat more than you burn. A few supplements that would help include weight gainers, creatine, and EFAs. We have a video coming up on how to gain weight where we will go into more detail. Hope this helps.

@ShahramAx sure you could use it for that purpose, just be sure to monitor your carbs and fat.

whats the best meal replacement protein?
bamzoni101 5 months ago
@bamzoni101 by meal replacement do you mean a 2:1 ratio Protein:Carbs?
BestPriceNutrition 5 months ago
@BestPriceNutrition meal replacement as in a protein shake to have when you don't have time to eat that supplies you with lean protein and still keeps you full.
bamzoni101 5 months ago
@bamzoni101 well there are many that fit the bill. One should consider cost per gram of protein and quality of the powder. A couple examples include: Blended powder - Tru Nutrition Science Trutein. Whey - Allmax Isoflex or All Whey. Hope this helps.

hello there, i have a quick question. I'm lactose intolerant. Currently i'm using Isoflex but it is quite expensive. is there anything else that i can take instead of isoflex? right now i'm looking at myofusion, intrapro and iso 100. i just want something that's not going to upset my stomach. thanks:)
MRpatra27 6 months ago
@MRpatra27 those powders will also have little or no lactose so they would suffice, Myofusion likely has the most lactose where as the other 2 should have little to none. Iso 100 does not disclose the method used for isolating their protein so we would recommend avoiding it.
BestPriceNutrition 6 months ago
@BestPriceNutrition thanks for your reply:) so obviously isoflex is the best one...i'm using it right now and like it alot. the price is just a little high for me though. is there anything else you would recommend?
MRpatra27 6 months ago
@MRpatra27 oh you can definitely find others that will do the job. If you are not overly sensitive to lactose where a small amount won't bother you, you could stay with Allmax if you like them the All Whey is a cheaper powder.

What is the amino acid profile on Myofusion Milk Chocolate and Chocolate Mint? How many of each amino acid per 100 grams?
duy3o3 6 months ago
@duy3o3 Gaspari does not release that info, however one get an idea based on it being a whey, egg, and casein blend to a point as they do not close the amount of each protein type in the blend. To our knowledge Tru Nutrition Sciences Tru Tein is the only blend that does disclose this info.

im taking myofusion atm, have been for about 7 days, im adding a teaspoon of creatine monohydrate as well... it tastes good, hope its good in the long run.

@BestPriceNutrition Good to hear, to be honest I find your reviews helpful and will probably be buying this product next. I just feel the market is flooded nowadays and there are a lot of rogue companies filling their supps with sugar and other rubbish and feeding off the ignorance of joe public!

1885Bennymusic 6 months ago
@1885Bennymusic when a lot of these products settle they will appear that way, however when they are filled they do require a large container. If you are ever concerned you are being shorted on product you should weigh it to make sure you get what you paid for. Hope this helps.

Why would this not be good "post workout".?
shroomopolis 7 months ago
@shroomopolis well it certainly would not hurt, rather post workouts typically consist of faster absorbing proteins with high glycemic index carbs for an insulin spike. Now there is some hyperbole regarding the importance of this however insulin is a very powerful hormone that a natural athlete can really take advantage of spiking pwo.
BestPriceNutrition 7 months ago
@BestPriceNutrition : Thanks for the fast reply; any recommendations for a Gaspari fast acting (post workout) protein?

kldodgers1 8 months ago
@kldodgers1 protein powders are considered very important supplements as most people struggle to get enough protein (~ 1g per lb of body weight/day) from diet alone.

so, what would you recommend i eat in order bulk up. and i weigh 157 pounds and my height is 5foot and 7 inches. so how much calories would i need to bulk up?
ULDragon 8 months ago
@ULDragon it really depends upon your activity level. A good start is to get 1g of protein, 2g of carbs per pound of body weight (you should get enough fat from eating a balanced diet, plus supplementing an EFA is always encouraged). So for you try to get ~150g of protein, ~300g carbs, and ~50g fat. Try this for 4-6 weeks and see how much you gain. If you are still not gaining increase your carbs to 3g per pound of body weight. Hope this helps.
BestPriceNutrition 8 months ago
@ULDragon the only thing you need to bulk up is a caloric surplus not supplements neccesarily. supplements are out there to help. eat 2500 calories, if youre not gaining weight increase cals to 2600 and repeat as neccesary.
get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, .45 times bw in fat and use the rest of your calories for carbs and additional protein and fat.
get enough sleep and lift consistantly/progressively and youl be fine
808barr 8 months ago
I was thinking of getting myofusion, but you said its not to bulk up.... What protein would you recommend for bulking up?
gsxrstunna333 8 months ago
@gsxrstunna333 any protein can bulk you up as no matter what powder you get you will still need protein, the term bulking powder is usually assigned to weight gainers which simply have more calories per serving (usually from carbs). you can eat more carbs if you need them to gain weight or you can get them in a powder.
BestPriceNutrition 8 months ago
is this a good product to use to bulk up? im about to start taking this product about 3 times a day and i was wondering how long does it take to fully get absorbed and if this is a good product to use to bulk up
ULDragon 8 months ago
@ULDragon it's not a bulking powder in and of itself in that it does not have a lot of calories per serving. However if you are eating a lot in addition to this then it certainly can serve as a bulking agent as protein is needed to build muscle.

Myofusion or syntha 6? Thats what i want to know. Finished a jar of syntha 6 vanilla and it was good all around now i want something better that almost has the same taste.
mynameisnate320 8 months ago
@mynameisnate320 They are both similar blended proteins and both are known for taste, biggest difference is the amount of calories in Syntha-6, it has more carbs. Hope this helps.

i was reading on some forums that you could make your own weight gainer by adding 2 scoops of myofusion with a cup of milk and a cup of oats. i calculated about 930 calories with that but at the same time about 80g of protein. isnt that alot of protein to take in at once? will my body even use those 80g?
blackhawk777 9 months ago
@blackhawk777 that's a myth, if you give your body enough protein be it 1 meal or 6 your body knows what to do with it. Now you may get a little gassy and tired if you take in a lot in one sitting however you will absorb it.
BestPriceNutrition 9 months ago
@BestPriceNutrition thanks for the reply.

Thanks!
parkb0m 9 months ago
@parkb0m adding a protein powder to your regimen is a very good idea as it can be difficult to get enough protein from whole food alone. As for which one you choose Myofusion is known for good taste so it may be a good start if you have not used protein powder in the past.
BestPriceNutrition 9 months ago
Thanks.
raulgomez902 9 months ago
@raulgomez902 you can use a weight gainer pwo. If you are looking for a recovery specific powder check out Empyrean Nutrition Insu-Pro as the ingredients are specific to pwo (fast absorption). As far as blended proteins we get good feedback on the taste of Myofusion and Trutein.
BestPriceNutrition 9 months ago
i bought the strawberry flavor from gnc. the protein itself tastes and mixes well, however the texture is not something i like: it has egg albumen, so its texture is like egg white. I love egg whites only when they are cooked; otherwise I get that mucus building nausea :)
if you want better texture, go with muscle milk light: it has a blend of slow and fast release proteins without albumin and it tastes good.

100% whey gold standard or myofusion
FarniFitness 10 months ago
@FarniFitness Both great proteins... I have tried both and I’m happy with the results with both..... Myofusion tastes better, however i got a bad flavour of Gold whey so there might be a better flavour...... I think the gold standard whey is a bit more fast acting too... but i mean they both have the same amount of protein its really up to you what you get.... I tried myofusion because I was cheaper in my area and it still works great..... but alot of people like ON whey.......

The body can take only 30 to 40 grams at a time right if so how long should one wait til they should take anther shake>?
tropicthunderdancers 1 year ago
@tropicthunderdancers Not necessarily. There are some factors that come into play such as bodyweight and protein type. Let’s say you have 160 pounds of lean mass and in turn want to take 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass. Research demonstrates that whether you get it in 3 feedings or 6, it does not matter. Personally I prefer eating 5-6 times per day as I find taking too much protein in one sitting upsets my stomach plus it seems to give a better ability to stick with a routine.

@BestPriceNutrition Thanks for the advise.
