@TheDarkdragonwing I use Adobe Flash CS3 Professional, it's kind of an old program now but it's very good and has very good and convenient features. These characters I've been actually trying to develop for years. I've been trying to make a series out of them and then something gets in the way and then I get new and better ideas. So I'm just going to release these shorts of them until it's perfected.
