  • Found out that this came from the very start of Weezer. This was written around the same time as My Name is Jonas.

  • love this

  • Absolutely love this song. Wish I could buy it somewhere!

  • what era is this song from, and what is the story behind it? what was it written from? I love this song. seriously. for some reason, the way this recording is makes it in my top 5 weezer songs.

  • oh man i love how brian looks in this picture . i love the alone CDs

  • I have the answer: You simply broke into Geffin records, took hostages, and demanded every unreleased demo and then escaped into your bat cave and put these on the internet. For you brave quest I thank you for your noble contribution to the internet.

  • their songs speak to me more than any other band's.

  • what era is this from?

  • anybody have the lyrics!!! couple words I cant make out.

  • god this is sooooooo awesome but now they have beverly hills troublemaker if your wondering crap it pisses me off weezer just got worse over time

  • except for pinkerton it got better

  • @DemonicMuffinMan I don't think they got worse. I think they changed their sound over time. A band around as long as them is likely to. I think they've been around since the early(?) 90's and went on a hiatus. I dunno. But their new stuff isn't bad. But we're all entitled to our own oppinion. The old Weezer is my favorite though.

  • great melody

  • Is this Rivers alone ?

    =W=

  • Agh! Why is this not on my iPod! Where did you find it?

  • @BiscuitsJoe allthingsweezer my friend, just found it, got all these songs for download it is the bomb

  • lyrics anyone?

  • I really miss the falsettos......

  • good old Matt Sharpe dude

  • @ia5662 i think this is a demo post-pink?

  • @prodigylover Nope, i think it was apart of Rivers and Patt's '50 Song Project'

  • is this from the kitchen tapes?

  • thsi sound pretty awesome...the 3/4 time...

    and the acute voice...

  • yeah, the falsetto is perfect.

  • Sorry to sound like a pedant, but it's 6/8 because it's swung.

  • @MyRamona Yes, you are right. And I add that Rivers do 2/4 upon 6/8 in the part "Afraid is not your style" and that polyrithmyic construction gets more clear in "all of my teachers said..."

  • Forgot the name of this song... was stuck in my head. Just found it again, thank god

  • Reminds me of Loveless.

  • Weezer is the best¡

  • Weezer for Ever x3
