@DemonicMuffinMan I don't think they got worse. I think they changed their sound over time. A band around as long as them is likely to. I think they've been around since the early(?) 90's and went on a hiatus. I dunno. But their new stuff isn't bad. But we're all entitled to our own oppinion. The old Weezer is my favorite though.
@MyRamona Yes, you are right. And I add that Rivers do 2/4 upon 6/8 in the part "Afraid is not your style" and that polyrithmyic construction gets more clear in "all of my teachers said..."
Found out that this came from the very start of Weezer. This was written around the same time as My Name is Jonas.
