@Baird56. you can have the projectors installed but you have to make sure that the beam has been lowered down towards the ground rather than having it pointed everywhere. I have done this to my vx, and my headlights are stock. passed many cops and i never got pulled over or got told off for having them, even though my parker lights are blue :)

they look real nice i would love to put some hids in my vy acclaim but i dont think you can get a headlight with a projector in it that has the teardrop parker position and the only way i think is to get calais light but i dont think they would fit the s pack bodykit shape lights.
Oh and did the headlight end up changing to the colour you wanted? or where they the wrong type?
@JezzaWezza Yeah that is a shame, I just had a look for any Altezza lights or anything for the VY, and there's nothing. The calais lights would fit your car, however you'll have and empty 'hole' under them where the parker goes - I think this is what you already mentioned? I don't usually refer to that as a tear drop lol.
As for the lights, I emailed the guy and he said that's the colour they're meant to be, the cheap asian one's are usually more blue than they should be, which I understand.
@Baird56 To do it in your VT, I imagine it's exactly the same as I've done with my VX in the vids. Your headlights may be different. If you have the stock headlights, then I would suggest you stay away from putting HID's in there, as it's more illegal than my set up. The stock headlights are reflectors, and they don't focus the beam of light like projectors do (the ones I've got), so light will spew everywhere and blind everyone, and you'll no doubt be pulled over by the cops.
