Maybe, lots'a Rogallo glide-time, forgot the Tip-rudders; the P-Factor from nose-up was then able to yaw it, into the Flight-Line... The problem was: after maintenance he had the aileron cables reverse connected.... and of course no proper preflight inspection

@FransHx ok se when left rudder doesnt work try rigth rudder...maybe they reversed the cables.
