  • Dear AronRa,

I like you. I live in Texas. We should hang out.

  • You're allowed to postulate design, but you have to prove it, just like everything else in science.

  • When I was being taught evolution, the first thing my teacher asked was for us to define the word "theory". He explained to us how the definition can differ and for science, being a theory is just like what you said. I was happy to have a teacher like that.

  • Well said

  • 2:13 Aronra on Helium

  • Here's an analogy... I suck at math, and don't want to learn anything, so division is a fraud. Now lets teach our children that! Keep guns, drugs and Ignorant Design out of our schools!

  • good choice using the Ferris Bueller clip! Ben Stein is to AGW what Calvert is to Evolution and there is a strong link between the two denials.

  • WTF Evolution is fact, Just like the Earth being round and the Sun being the centre of our solar system. Religion just has to make way.

  • 4:28 ill be damned if the natural world aint beautiful

  • Hey, if people want to deny evolution they can have fun getting a college degree.

  • @CurryCobra They do get them. Shit there are 'doctors' who go to special schools or websites to get their 'education'.

  • Fucking Texas! Stop emberassing America!

  • @j919or

    0/10

  • @mcarlucci2 Chimpanzees, gorillas, and humans are all apes, just so you know. Otherwise I would refer you to Ecclesiastes 3:21.

  • @AronRa that dosnt say were apes god isnt a ape

  • @mcarlucci2 How do you *KNOW* that animals do not have souls? How do you KNOW? (Oh, by the way, it's "your," not "ur,"as long as you're (as in "you are") bandying about accusations of stupidity.

  • @mcarlucci2 Koala bears have unique fingerprints that look EXACTLY like human fingerprints. Do you think they accept the truth of your religion?

  • @mcarlucci2 And if we were created in God's image, then God is an ape too.

  • @mcarlucci2 You prefer to believe that we were made from dirt?

  • @mcarlucci2

And exactly what evidence can you present to prove we have a soul? Or is your whole idea of a soul something you were taught, first, as child, and second, reinforced throughout your life with relgious doctrine?

Don't worry about it, I already know the answer.

I used to believe it too. Then I started to think for myself.

  • @mcarlucci2 No no no, we didn't come from chimps. Humans share the same ancestors as chimps, as well as most of our DNA. If you had gone to high school you may have known that. You may also have learned to spell the words; Your, You're and Because. Hit the books, and some day you might understand. Also remember... only Creationists came from monkeys.

  • @mcarlucci2 "stfu and snap out of this scientific stupidity" Never has a funnier sentence ever been uttered.

  • These people make me vomit. Lets move on people.

  • It's amazing how much creationists have to lie in order to spread the "truth".

  • @AronRa OMFG are you serious??? they can't tell the difference between a FUCKING cat and an opossum?? Now, I'm definitely moving to London.

  • @TabuuIntense A similar picture of a poster with a ferret, mistaken for a cat, has gone viral in Denmark. It is fun to look at - but not even creationists would be that stupid ... Okay maybe creationists would, but the poster is probably a fraud, made by someone who wanted his work to be seen on the internet.

  • @j919or *need I or many others remind you*

  • @j919or oh and those that represent the christian scientific community (aka creationists or apologists) are an embarassment. You can still believe in what you want to believe, but good god (pardon the expression) man, have some fucking decency and compassion for others.

  • @j919or so we're evil now because we don't conform to your beliefs? Need I remind you or many others the dangers of religion? Muslims film themselves cutting off heads, christians in the south in US did MOST of the lynchings, Racism, Bigotry, Belittlement of others, Incest, Talking Donkeys, two naked people in a magical garden with a talking snake, a man who can somehow miraculously fit two of every species in a boat.....yeah, makes perfect sense in having faith

  • In the former USSR1917-92 atheist/evolution was taught daycare-university Within months of the fall of the USSRin 92 the BIble&Creationism was reintroduced in Russian schools The main one behind it was Olga Lutsenko&she was an atheist then Death threats made her leave in 96&she lives in Canada&is a Christian now BTWshe is on youtube&I support her work financially Its amazing how fast the Bible&Christianity came back to Russia nearly 20 years ago after atheism/evolution was taught 75 yearsFYI.

  • @j919or Yes, scientists are honest enough to admit when they don't know something. Too bad religious leaders aren't honest to admit that they don't know how life came to be either. They certainly won't admit that faith offers no way to find that out. Only science can provide answers that are verifiably correct. Religion can only lie about it.

  • @j919or

How about ring species? Chromosome #2? Atavisms? Homology? ERV's? Genetic evidence? Oh wait... Do you know what any of those are? If not. What makes you think you can accurately state information on biological issues?

  • "Origin of life itself from dead chemicals" - are there any living chemicals? I'm trying to figure out what the author of that garbage was thinking.

  • @StrikaAmaru He would be thinking about ORGANIC versus NON-ORGANIC chemicals. Chemicals of certain complexity can be traced to once-living matter, whereas simpler chemicals can exist in non-living things (I believe that's the basic difference. Look it up.)

  • @JaytheOstrich (1) "Chemicals of certain complexity can be traced to once-living matter, whereas simpler chemicals can exist in non-living things" Not true; organic molecules are those based on a carbon chain (for the sake of completeness, methane (CH4) is included in them, as the first of the alkanes). There are complex inorganic molecules (hydrated salts for instance) which don't count as organic, because there is no carbon chain within them.

  • @JaytheOstrich (2) There is nothing special or mysterious about making organic chemical compounds from anorganic ones; it happens all the time without living organisms;

    - methane is plentiful in the Universe, and found in large amounts inside the gas giants.

    - ethanol has been recently observed (via spectroscopy) in a band of interstellar gas.

    - complex hydrocarbon molecules, catalyzed by radiation, blot out the atmosphere of Titan, which is why NASA had to crash the Huygens probe in it.

  • I'm in Louisiana and this video makes me sad...that science denialism has become the backbone of the religious and political majority here makes me want to jump ship.

  • @BJ219 I am jumping ship, to be honest. I realize that the entire US may be too religious for my personal liking, but I hope the west coast turns out to be a better place. I could specifically point out that forward-thinking minds are either rare, supressed, or just silent here in Louisiana. I can't take the culture of ignorance, racism, and the feeling that everyone here seems intent on dragging everyone else down with them.

  • @LithiumLogica I'm in the heart of Acadiana (Cajun country) where I'm even afraid to openly admit I'm a Democrat in principle. Are you from NOLA? It tends to be a "blue" (liberal-ish) area of the state.

  • @BJ219

Do it. It's what our forefathers did. Its the most American thing we can do. Explore the world - save your life.

  • slam !

  • Judging by the way educational levels are slowly dropping in USA I think the rest of the world should start packing your food and medical aid that you are going to need.

  • What the hell is the deal with Texas? Why is all this crap being taught in their schools?

  • This video is total misinformation.

Do a YouTube search on “kansas evolution hearings” to hear real, credible scientists, present powerful arguments which debunk Darwinian/Macro evolution.

Prof. Louis Bounoure, Director of Research, National Center of Scientific Research said

"Evolution is a fairy tale for grown-ups. This theory has helped nothing in the progress of science. It is useless."

  • @theot58

When you need to manufacture your own logical fallacies (argument from authority), that should tell you something about your position.

Also, there were no real, credible scientists at the Kansas hearings in favor of creationism, and even if there were, that's still an argument from authority. There are 250,000+ peer-reviewed publications supporting evolution and 0 supporting creationism.

  • @theot58 *sigh* More creationist quote mining. Talk about misinformation.

  • @Akira625 Calling these quotes "quote mining" does not diminish the truth's they convey.

For too long this issue has been misrepresented as Science against religion.

The real war is between Science and Darwinism.

Darwinism/Macro evolution is an outdate theory that has survived only because it was taught as a dogma that could not be challenged. Finally good science is breaking through and Darwinism will crumble.

  • @theot58 This "war" only in the minds of creationists. Why would you think there's some sort of dogma in science, when scientists have no use for such things? That sounds to me like some sort of projection on your part. Every idea that is proposed in science is challenged ruthlessly, even creationists know that. That's why they shy away from peer review, or they will create their own cargo-cult version of it. Only ideas that can withstand scientific scrutiny are accepted, the rest are discarded.

  • @Akira625 Listen to the Kansas evolution hearings and become aware of the dogma.

Have a look at "Expelled - No intelligence allowed" and see real scientists who have expressed doubts about Darwinism get persecuted.

Are you supportive of such persecution??

  • Comment removed

  • @theot58

"Expelled" isn't fit to be classified as anything other than propaganda. The amount of dishonesty and misinformation is absolutely staggering.

Your ignorance is revealed merely in your term usage. There's no such thing as 'Darwinism' and there never really was...Darwin was incorrect or incomplete when more research was done on evolution, but he was fundamentally correct about both natural selection and the branching pattern of the phylogeny.

  • @TheZooCrew Indeed, "Darwinism" is only used by opponents of evolution, and perhaps the uninformed public. What Darwin discovered was merely the starting point, since then evolution research itself has evolved far beyond what Darwin could even imagine. To me "Darwinism" makes as much sense as "Newtonism" for gravity theory, "Pasteurism" for germ theory, and "Einsteinism" for general relativity theory.

  • @theot58 good science? creation is not science open your eyes

    science

    noun /ˈsīəns/

sciences, plural "The intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and NATURAL world through observation and experiment" sorry to break it to you, but creation

    is not natural

  • @theot58 "Calling these quotes "quote mining" does not diminish the truth's they convey."

Yes they do. When you have to modify the meaning of a statement in order to make your own conclusion sound better means that your lying.

"The real war is between Science and Darwinism."

No such thing as Darwinism. Evolution via natural selection has been shown in nature as well as in the lab.

"Finally good science is breaking through and Darwinism will crumble."

    What are you talking about?

  • How do you become a biology teacher and not have a grasp of evolution

  • I'm an atheist and believe in evolution. If any theist who rejects evolution wants to get me to believe in a god and reject evolution please respond to this with your arguements.

  • Notice the old man doesn't tell you what they were trying to hid about evolution. What a creationist jackass!

  • Where in that document that you display does it say we should stop research & assume God did it?

It never ceases to amaze me how those who claim that there is such a strong body of evidence for the neo Darwinian synthesis are opposed to teaching this same theory as critically as all other theories are taught. Why does Neo Darwinism get a free pass, and where in the document displayed does it even mention ID or creationism? Whats all this talk about reason and rationality? Switch & bait video.

  • @benthemiester The whole document oozes creationism (and ID) by the very wording of it. "Strength and weaknesses" for starters... Outright lies like 'well-known scientific weaknesses' another.

The theory of evolution has evolved into a rock-hard statement without equal. Over 150 years of scrutiny have yet to disqualify it. If creationists were right, why can't they offer any proof of creation, or disproof of evolution? They would get the Nobel prize for their scientific excellence...

  • Lost Cat 4:03 what kind of animal is that?!

  • Had to watch twice to read all the annotations and facts. Am I stupid because I can't concentrate on both reading and listening at the same time?

  • I hate creationists.

  • I'll admit it. I clicked on this video because of the screen grab of the girl wearing the red wife-beater.

  • Aaah, Christianity. The Comic Sans of philosophies.

  • To let your considerations of God go sour because of religion would be a great travesty. Sooner or later all mankind is going to let you down. It should never be used as a consideration of this magnitude.

  • @MWarnkegwg Oh don't worry, until someone can demonstrate that this god exists I have no consideration of god whatsoever.

  • @MWarnkegwg That is open minded indeed.........

  • @MWarnkegwg

It is. "Open-minded" doesn't mean "believing in stupid shit without evidence."

It just means one considers an idea or position before making a decision rather than blanket acceptance or denial.

  • @TheZooCrew Rice reply. What would you call 'stupid?' Believing that you are the product of a non intelligent accumulation of matter and energy that came from nowhere? How much faith do you think is required for that?

It may seem like a simplistic answer. But when you go to the core of it, that is as simple as it gets. Either we came from an intelligent source (intelligence begets intelligence) IE: how do you think computers can 'think' or you believe it came from nothing.

  • @MWarnkegwg

"Believing that you are the product of a non intelligent accumulation of matter and energy that came from nowhere?"

It didn't come "from nowhere." In fact, isn't creation ex nihilo what you believe?

Computers are designed because we designed them. Artificial intelligence is only what we create. I'm an engineer; I know this because I've seen the code and I've seen computers designed and built.

But we've never seen anything created. We've never seen the laws of conservation broken.

  • @MWarnkegwg To further on that. Even if you add string theory (Energy had to come from somewhere BTW) or another multi universe theory, it still had to come from somewhere. As Normal Geisler said It is an uncaused source that caused the beginning of it all. You should read his work. It is very insightful. As I have carefully viewed both sides, it is the reasonable thing to do. Otherwise how can one say they are open minded?

  • @MWarnkegwg

You clearly haven't viewed both sides (and there are more than two), mostly because (at least) one side requires years of specific education in physics, mathematics, and cosmology.

  • @MWarnkegwg

There are two other points here:

    1) "Intelligence begets intelligence" is meaningless in our scope. Your perspective and definition of "intelligence" relies solely on HUMAN intelligence. But why do we qualify as "intelligent?"

    2) Infinite regress. If "intelligence begets intelligence," who or what created God? And after that? And after that?

  • @TheZooCrew That was fast, but to digress. Definition and perspective. Quite the black hole of objectivity. Let's go past the petty defining, it accomplishes little. The clear organizing of matter into recognizable patterns, DNA is just that, yes? The code in the software that runs that computer you are using. Recognisable patterns, yes? The point is clear and simple. Computer data, or DNA. Both have been clearly shown to be the works of intelligence.

  • @MWarnkegwg

"Let's go past the petty defining, it accomplishes little."

You couldn't be more wrong. Definitions are at the core of any argument.

Now I see why...you're attempting to obfuscate the definitions of "recognizable" and "information."

You know what else is clear organization of matter into patterns? Snowflakes. Liquids taking the shape of their container is "clear organization." Those don't require intelligence; it's spontaneous.

  • @TheZooCrew Spontaneous, but limited, thy are repeating patters that have no power of ingenuity. Of the billions to the billionth power number of observed crystals, how many have 'evolved' to a higher form?

  • @MWarnkegwg

In addition, abiogenesis is not evolution. God could have magicked the very first single-celled organisms into existence and evolution would still be true.

  • @TheZooCrew Though it may be arguable ( Maybe) that molecules can organize from simple forms to create self replicating 'lifeforms' it is a far greater stretch to show that the DNA process can be such an 'accident'

youtube . com/watch?v=bW5JnYZImJA&feature=fvst Look at this video very carefully. You will see only a very very small faction of the complication required to build, replicate, and sequence DNA. It would be ludicrous to assume a computer made itself. Why is DNA different?

  • @MWarnkegwg

"It would be ludicrous to assume a computer made itself. Why is DNA different?"

There's no assumption involved. DNA is no accident...natural selection was in effect long before life was considered life. Self-replicating RNA has formed by itself in the lab. Currently you're using an argument from personal incredulity, which is always a logical fallacy and damn near never applies to science.

  • @MWarnkegwg

Just because ajax doesn't accept your ideas doesn't mean he's not open-minded. It just means he's considered it and decided there isn't enough evidence.

  • Indoctrination alright. This video reminds me of many of the focused one sided propaganda I've heard in the past. At least the author shows some passion. Of course passion does not prove truth.

  • Christians literally hurt children everywhere. both in the brain as well as the arse. bible/sex education is a goddamn curse.

  • @nayanmalig Christians hurt children? Nice piece of slander and deprivation of character there. That type of stereotypical nonsense is slowly dragging our society back into another dark age. Just wait. History repeats itself because people do not learn from the past.

  • @MWarnkegwg dark ages were when religion ruled. if you want to go back there teach children as much religion as possible. priests molest children & get away easy as pie. less than 1 percent of the cases are reported. BTW this does not apply only to Christianity. Applies to all religions which preach violence, revenge, slavery, conversion by conquest & finally forgiveness to any criminal who suddenly gets religion out of the blue & gets away scot free. very bad morals & sicker than mud.

  • Hi YouTubeheads! If you enjoy this type of humor, you'll also like this video, which similarly destroys another ridiculous Conservative movement:

    watch?v=4Tn2WyO_hp8

  • JungleJargon You are indisputably an absolute genius at the art of talking out of your ass!

Your comments imply the misconception that creatures evolve due to an act of will. Has nothing to do with evolution, properly understood.

Forget the credibility of evolution, which is not in doubt in scientific circles. It's easy to disprove creationism using the Bible itself, which contains two contradictory creation stories in its first few pages.

  • Indiana Jones at 5:07 was hilarious perfection

  • Your belief, that objects get the credit for designing, making and ordering themselves by themselves, is losing credibility, face it.

    watch?v=t0dcH9RFfX8

  • @JungleJargon

    0_o

    Objects don't get the credit.

    Forces do.

  • @TheZooCrew Forces don't have intelligence to order the elements to do anything with intent the way we see. So forces don't get any credit either and forces are the results of matter in motion anyway.

  • Kudos on the Intelligent Design of your video. You're very clear, and the background snippets are witty & germain. I especially liked the Ferris Buehler/ Ben Stein classroom stuff; freakin' hilarious! Your problems with TBE are fairly well-known with concern in progressive areas of the country. Please keep driving your message! Inspire others to join you! Anti-science, anti-reality hokum needs to end.

  • In fact faith requires that there be NO Evidence. Faith can only be faith in the absence of evidence. When evidence exists faith evaporates and is replaced by knowing.

  • @Crazy80563 spot on. Or as Douglas Adams put it:

"I refuse to prove that I exist," says God, "for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing."

"But," says Man, "the Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED."

"Oh dear," says God, "I hadn't though of that" and promptly vanishes in a puff of logic.

  • "The objective is to convince people that Darwinism is inherently atheistic, thus shifting the debate from creation vs evolution to the existence of God vs the non-existence of God".atty Phillip Johnson, the father of "intelligent design" admitting that he lies for his god in "Reclaiming Americas for Christ".

  • Cat found!

  • "In 67 AD, Emperor Nero, was just 30 yrs old and had killed his own mother in 59 AD, when visiting the Oracle was told:

Your presence here outrages the god you seek. Go back, matricide! The number 73 marks the hour of your downfall!

Angered, he had the Pythia buried alive. Nero thought he would have a long reign and die at 73. Instead his reign was short, ended after a revolt by Galba who was 73 years of age at the time.

My point, science teaches to it's self imposed limitations

  • Socrates, about 30 years old at the time, the Oracle was to have had its greatest impact upon the future of successive civilisations. One version asserts that a friend of Socrates went before Pythia asking, "Is there any man alive wiser than Socrates?" The answer that he received was simply, "No." A single word statement as an Oracle answer is extremely rare. They spole in pentameter or prose that read like riddle's with deadly accuracy of prophecy fortold. Oracles, spoke on behalf of Appolo.

  • Circa 440 BC the Oracle is also said to have said that there was no one wiser than Socrates, to which Socrates said that either all were equally ignorant, or that he was wiser in that he alone was aware of his own ignorance. This claim is related to one of the most famous mottos of Delphi, which Socrates said he learned there, Gnothi Seauton (Γνώθι Σεαυτόν): "know thyself!". Another famous motto of Delphi is Meden agan (Μηδὲν ἄγαν): "nothing in excess" (literally, "nothing excessively").

  • @waketheoblivious "The history of this diabolic fraud should be mandated education"

You don't appear to have a point. You just say things that have nothing to do with each other.

Partial list of diabolical "missing link" frauds, presented by Satanists posing as scientists:

    Lucy, Manipulated Fossil Using Plaster

    "Nebraska Man, Discarded Pigs Tooth"

When all you quote is Kent Hovind Brain drippings, and never cite peer-reviewed papers, you are probably never going to be taken seriously.

I am guessing you just have this wordpad with copypasta that you slap down whenever someone asks you a question.

Could I see your copypasta on ring species please?

  • @Meatbag211

I do my own research & investigation. No one did my homework & I never wanted them to. The satisfaction is earning $1,000,000+ versus win the lottery or inherit it. Those who inherit or win big, tend to loose it all. I know little of Kent Hovin, other then he must be effectively exposing deception & fraud, which upsets the lying proponents of this Evil Illusion. When evolution provides a legitimate "missing link", it can claim to be science. As is, it's science fiction & fraud.

  • "Missing Link", an INTERGRADING ANIMAL FORM, intermediate between the major groups of Phyla.

  • @waketheoblivious Says a person who is not a scientist, and you will never be if you don't review facts and improve theories mister.

  • @tony38727

The issue is the Piltdown Man Hoax (1913-53) which bypassed schoolboard objection by claiming to be the "Missing link" which could satisfy "irrefutable evidence" to teach this Evil Illusion as scientific fact. When the HOAX was finally revealed they removed the pictures, but not the unsupported Illusion that was sustained with a series of more diabolical frauds presented as the "missing link". All out of frauds and no legitimate "missing link" to keep teaching this fraud as fact.

  • @waketheoblivious So what that doesn't mean all the evidence we've found dousen't point that Evolution is the only real theory if you believe in creation you're ignorant.

  • @tony38727

You have been manipulated to ague on behalf of Evolution, steeped in a HOAX & history of diabolical fraud. You made a fundamental commitment to the truth (only sane choice), which inherently expands to include all possibilities.Claim to be a man of science, devoted to objective reasoning and logic, yet you endorsed subjective reasoning to arbitrarily dismiss God as a possibility, which resulted in breeching your commitment as a fatal logic error. Now you suffer mindfucked insanity

  • @waketheoblivious I sure have it mean my IQ is over 120 at least, I'm not devouted to science but it is a large part in bringing humanity away from babarism and savagness in society. No a god may be a possibility but tha is so small I dismiss you meantioned it. I haven't been manipulated too few are there as smart as I at age 16 and rarely does anyone hve interest in science but even there I don't choose it as a profession because there are over-encumbering nut-heads who will discredit my work.

  • @tony38727

Recognize, your IQ could be even higher by simply preparing for the test. A Phd, without experience is of little value in the world beyond academia. My daughter was accepted to Stanford at 16. Her younger brother surpasses her IQ with an incredible memory. 6 years old, 1500+ baseball cards, every stat, every player memorized without trying. What both of them lack is experience, which can not be taught. Watch "The Arrivals", very heavily censored. Try proving that series wrong..gl

  • @tony38727

Socratese and Plato are considered brilliant Philosophers. Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, now Russia and our US pledge of allegience is to the Republic for which it stands.. Plato, wrote the Republic. His teacher Socratese drank hemloc to complete his own execution, after he presented his brilliant defense. An Apology to Athens. He stated his belief in God yet was convicted of Atheism and corrupting the minds of the children against the Gods/Pagan of the state. cont..

  • @tony38727

20 minutes to read Socratese defense, presented as an Apology. Convicted, were not going to enforce the penalty, death. Socratese, an honorable man, drank hemloc to complete his own execution. History documents an Oracle, declared Socratese, to be the wisest in the land. Socratese, merely set out to prove the Oracle who dispised him, wrong, but proves to himself, the Oracle was right. Humanity, is mostly oblivious to the prophetic Circa of Oracles, but for 800 yrs very accurate.

  • @tony38727

An honest commitment to the truth (only sane choice) which inherently expands to include all possibilities then endorsed subjective reasoning to arbitrarily dismiss God as a possibility, you reneged on science professing objective reasoning and logic and breeched your commitment with an arbitray choice that equates to a fatal logic error and that leaves you to suffer mindfucked insanity. Make an dishonest commitment to the truth wired to a lightswitch of convenience, brilliant.

  • @waketheoblivious

Wow. that was a long, long diatribe that still ended in a fallacy.

Dismissal of God is not arbitrary.

Claims made without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

Note that dismissal is not assertion of the negative It is not "There is certainly no God."

Dismissal is "There is no evidence to suggest God."

  • @TheZooCrew

Even a Freshman course in Fundamental Logic, teaches every human logic & belief structure is based upon a commitment to the Truth. The only sane choice is a commitment to the Truth, which inherently expands to include all possibilities. Scientific reasoning & logic is predicated on objective scientific reasoning, yet employ subjective reasoning to arbitrarily dismiss God as a possibility, breeching their commitment as a fatal logic error, resulting in mindfucked insanity.

  • @waketheoblivious

Your constant parroting of yourself leads me to believe you're a narcissist.

The fact that you apparently didn't read a thing I said and merely parroted yourself yet again strengthens this belief.

    I recommend professional help.

  • @TheZooCrew

You are rationalizing and justifying irrational behavior. Rationalizing and justifying irrational behavior is the short concise definition of insanity. Let me hep you connect the dots. I provided a very detailed response which you obviously are unable to comprehend given the mindfucked state of your mental condition. Tell you what let's make this simple. All boils down to Evolution providing a legitimate "missing link". Please provide a legitimate "missing link" or STFU.

  • @waketheoblivious What "missing link?" I'll assume you mean stages in human evolution. Alright: Australopithecus anamensis Australopithecus afarensis Kenyanthropus platyops Australopithecus africanus Australopithecus garhi Australopithecus sediba New Australopithecus aethiopicus Australopithecus robustus Australopithecus boisei Homo habilis Homo georgicus Homo erectus Homo ergaster Homo antecessor Homo heidelbergensis Homo neanderthalensis Homo floresiensis
  • @TheZooCrew

Let me answer with the same posts that have been used to address feigned ignorance for the past 5 years. You are old enough to be able to use a fucking dictionary before posting total bullshit. A transitional fossil is not synonymous with a "missing link" yet that is what your post is asserting. Don't know the difference between a transitional fossil and a missing link and too fucking lazy to use a dictionary before posting a display of absolute ignorance.

  • @TheZooCrew

"Missing Link", an INTERGRADING ANIMAL FORM, intermediate between the major groups of Phyla.

    - Precisely the definition Piltdown Man Hoax (1913-53) was manufactured & planted to satisfy.

    - Evolution has NEVER provided a legitimate 'missing link" or met the standard of "irrefutable evidence" to be taught as scientific fact. A diabolical HOAX to create an Evil Illusion, sustained by a series of diabolical frauds.

    - Evolution is Satanic Fiction

  • @TheZooCre

Partial list of diabolical "missing link" frauds, presented by Satanists posing as scientists:

1913-53 Piltdown Man HOAX, Manufactured Planted Evidence

    Nebraska Man, Discarded Pigs Tooth

Peking Man, Conglomeration of Co-Mingled Fossils

    Lucy, Manipulated Fossil Using Plaster

Orce Man, 4 Mo Old Donkey Bone

    2009 Ida, Grossly Unsupportable Classification

2010 Sebida, equivelant of a deceased PetsMart Gerbil

*morons submit a transitional fossil as the "missing link"

  • @waketheoblivious

I probably should have surmised that you were batshit crazy from the start, but this latest post is total tinfoil-hat material. There's no point in responding. You're hopeless.

  • @TheZooCrew

Yet, you are compelled to spew for a remote possibility of association. The wretched are a predictable lot. Lost, never stopped a pied piper. Misery most certainly loves company. Externalize, responsibility to the group, those in line ahead and one that follows. The piper's commitment, shallow, but his piping hot bullshit is deep. Follow me, says the piper as he prances & dances down a known path of pain, agony and despair, with no regard for those poor souls who follow...

  • @waketheoblivious I'd like to reply with some of the religious frauds perpetrated over the centuries but there isn't enough room....

  • "An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation. We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland" - Adolf Hitler

"An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation. We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland" - George W. Bush

Evil incarnate, stood before the world with all their eyes to see and ears to hear, yet they saw and heard nothing. baa baa

  • @waketheoblivious

Furthermore, your response was not detailed in the least and addressed nothing I wrote. You apparently couldn't see past the "this guy disagrees with me" and just copied and pasted your other comment without reading a damn thing.

  • @TheZooCrew

Your arguments are mundane and pathetic. You make the same ridiculous argument made by every Atheist/Satanist/Evolutionist on the planet. Ever since Adam Smith, presented Classical Economic Theory, Principle of Self Interest , Invisible Hand and Laws of Supply and Demand we have known human behavior is entirely predictible. Name a single choice that is Not subject to Self Interest ie do Not receive a psychological or material benefit? Think, don't be stupid answering. WAKE UP

  • @TheZooCrew

Ever since Adam Smith presented Classical Economic Theory we have also know the only possible combination that can produce abundance is Capitalism and Free Markets. Every moron who has ever argued on behalf of Socialism/Communism with controlled markets has argued in favor of a system that theoretically is proven doomed to scarcity and shortages. Doesn't work in Theory so apply it real world?

Evolution has never provided a legitimate missing link, provide one or STFU

  • @waketheoblivious tiktalik, please explain how this is a hoax and not a missing link between water animals and land animals

  • I know it's immature on my part, but I have quite good reason to say 'Fuck the AFA & Fuck "Teach the Controversy" BS'.

  • You, sir, have earned yourself another subscriber!

  • Tuck fexus

  • Your voice sounds different around 2:00.

  • @Ga5524 different kinds of microphones and processing will do that.

  • "i listen to this guy" ya, me too, and anyone else with at least half a brain.

  • In this Vapid New World the priests wear white coats and Ussher's chronology is the new heresy.

  • @JuanVoyce Rather than the old world, where the priests raped the children, the nuns used them as slaves and the promotion of ignorance for the masses was the most important thing. Well I know which one I prefer and it is the opposite of Vapid, despite your beliefs stating otherwise.

  • @Drweavil Throwing out the baby with the bath water? Brain scans reveal the physiological changes induced by religious belief that helps humans to cope, maintain health, and connect with others. (see "and this is your brain on prayers") Evolution selects for religion--which is why it is universally prevalent. It has an affect similar to love and power in allowing us to transcend ourselves. Life in the vapid lane is life-threatening.

  • @JuanVoyce So what you're saying is human beings need to be lied to, suppress their intelligence and believe in laughably demonstrable nonsense in order to retain a semblance of humanity? What foetid religious tosh! You invoke a "study" on prayer yet you decry the people who preform studies as Vapid. Wanting it both ways just proves how silly your comments are. To decry facts and reason as Vapid only shows how utterly vacuous religion is. It transcends from the ridiculous to the profane.

  • @Drweavil Profane? LOL Can't stick to the Vapid Dictionary to adequately express yourself? Correction, I cited a verifiable (repeatable) scientific study and employed a non-repeatable, but generally accepted scientific theory. My initial comment was making fun of the current paradigm--that science has replaced religion--and it's minions. And the follow-up...an educated opinion as to why it can't. All the negativity is coming from your side of the table. (The side of reason?)

  • @Drweavil Oh I'm sorry, you seem to have mistaken me for someone who actually gives a fuck about your opinion...

  • « Evolution selects for religion »

Evolution also selects for kin and tribe altruism. But we have the choice to extend our altruism to people outside of our direct sphere of influence. I suggest that there are alternative mechanisms that can help people bond, cope.

  • @XGralgrathor "Evolution also selects for kin and tribe altruism." Put another way, survival depends much more on being part of a community, even in today's modern world, than on abandoning religion. Religion has always offered a ready social network, a fictive extended family.

"But we have the choice to extend our altruism to people outside..." Self-denial for the sake of "outsiders" is so rare it is canonized--even though it may be logical. The primal-self typically wins those battles.

  • « survival depends much more on being part of a community »

Yes, exactly. But again, humans have an advantage over mindless nature: we can *choose* not to simply follow evolutionary impetus. Well, to a degree, anyway.

« Self-denial for the sake of "outsiders" is so rare »

I am not talking about giving ones life here. I am talking about having empathy with those beyond your immediate sphere of influence, and donating goods and funds from your own reserves to aid them.
