domzoo it's not something to laugh...... if you are in that situation will you laugh.......it it you not the earth's will to flood the Manila......it's our own doings, like improper disposal of garbages, spitting and illegal logging. Also, we are the one's to blame, it is not God's will it's our own understand. God give us free will to control the earth, it just depned how you will control it.

What do you mean? the 'discouraging response' you see here are nothing compared to the frustration people felt, either out of firsthand experience with Ondoy or just outright pissed off from how the Government screws everyone over even in times of disaster. So, live and let live, it's a free world (supposedly)
But many of us neglect this responsiblity... how do we dispose our trash???? drainages are blocked with trashes that we ourselvs throw in the river!! when the rain pours to wash dirt on land which they are supposed to flow freely ... we have a saying "KUNG ANO ANG ITINAPON MO, ITO RIN ANG BABALIK SAU"... but sadly, they damage our properties.. we pay the consequence when we go aginst the nature that God created...
