  • Do you think that philosophy will eventually be rendered superfluous by science and technology, especially the singularity/transhumanism?

  • @Dinukhokar I sure hope not, but it's not looking good for philosophy, especially since capitalism has swallowed education and fancier machines make for higher profits than cultured minds.

  • Still with you! I'm also reading Hegel's ideas through other scholars (Hegel is very difficult). I enjoy his characterization of Kant's critiques as, in a certain sense, anti-philosophical. I certainly am thinking-with Hegel (and others) in attempting to transcend the epistemological biurcation set up by Kant, while reading his Critiques. Enjoying this series, keep it up.
