@chuck1967 AWESOME JOB! I LOVE IT! It's very accurate to how spaced out the Solar System actually is, let alone, the Universe itself! It's amazing that we can send probes that far into space, and have them send back crisp data! Uranus and Neptune + their moons need their own mission like Cassini-Huygens, which is probably the most incredible mission by ESA, EVER. At least so far! We humans, landed a probe on a moon (Titan), ~1 BMi. away from Earth with precision! SCIENCE IS FASCINATING! THANKS!

this made me wonder what the odds are against a planet orbiting a sun at a distance that makes water not ice and not gas. It's a very tiny window to fit in. It also seems to be what makes earth have an unproportinatly higher level of variations in appearance. All the other planets, except jupiter, are mostly one solid color.

Imagine whatever you like but, it doesn't change the laws of physics nor the Planets. LOL! The mass of an object attracts smaller objects. Much like when one body walks past a lighter object it will be pulled towards the moving body. The Sun most certainly does rotate and is why the Planets are being pulled towards it just as our own Moon is being pulled towards the Earth at about 1 inch per year. I IMAGINE that one day the 2 will eventually collide but, not in our lifetime.

Mars supported life a some time, as was evident from scientific findings (due to its proximity to the sun), but Jupiter is the next planet from Earth, not Mars.
