  • Stephen fry is cool. and i'm not saying this in the stereotypical nerdy way. I geniunly have time for someone like him.

  • I was eating a jelly saxophone watching this :L

  • I have not laughed this hard in so long haha :D

  • "NO? Let me explain..."

    lol, brilliant.

  • I never get over how sexy David's Scottish accent is

  • Sammy Davis Jr. And Stephen Fry a close second!

  • I couldn't think of anything while watching this clip other than Hipster Hitler.

  • Samuel L Jackson.

  • Stephen Fry is undoubtably the coolest :D

  • Tennant's about as cool as a boiled shite. Fry is one of the coolest men on the planet, probably ever.

  • bow ties are cool

  • cool stuff

  • :56 ech :(

  • HAAHA brits cant get over bagging the war

  • Jazz Nazis is honestly the best thing I've heard all week.

  • Zees new uniforms are cool...........

  • @ Sparkey37262 So are stenzans!

  • im amased how david tennant is on this and billie piper is on the related video box

  • I'll tell you what's cool. Bowties are cool.

  • @Gilari And Fez's. Fez's are cool too!

  • @Sparky37262 I hear stetsons are cool now too.

  • @Gilari and according to charlie, badgers are also very cool. And during that time Matt said llamas intrigued him!!! Damn, wish I were a llama.

  • Stephen Fry is definaltely the coolest person I have ever had the misfortune not to meet.

  • I feel sorry for Stephen haha, he can never get a word in edgeways!

  • Whoah, "Birth of the Cool" came out in 1957, but the songs were recorded mostly in '49, '50, '51 - "Birth of the Cool" is simply compilation of those singles compiled in '57.

  • @ArtD42 When was the classic version of So What recorded?

  • @TheEnglishRedneck45 I believe in '59, on Kind of Blue.

  • @ArtD42 Ah yes of course, it was on Kind of Blue. I always get Birth of the Cool and Kind of Blue the wrong way round. My bad, big time. Cheers for the info though

  • OH MY GOD ITS GORDON! GORDON GORDON FROM BONES! i've watched tons of these vids... how did i not notice...

  • One dislike? Guten tag, mein Fuhrer! *waves*

  • david tennant looks like he feels uncomfortable and out of place while everyone else is telling the nazi jokes

  • Bill Bailey <3

  • "Zese new uniforms are cool." Love Bill Bailey.

  • ".... so maybe I am cool."

    Awwwww!

  • if that was a chat upline wouldnt u sit there n listen to it, simply because steven fry was saying it XD

  • I'm not normally a fan of Bill, but his first comment make me spit out my drink all over the keyboard, so for that, he is indeed 'cool' =)

  • Love the way Bill says "I burned down the Reichstag. Cool."

Love the idea of Jazz Nazis, too, although I seem to remember that Jazz and Nazis didn't mix so well...

  • @crazyrock195 Swing heil.

  • although I love the idea of Jazz Nazis, I'd like to point out that the Nazis weren't exactly keen on Jazz...

  • ..You ARE cool Stephen =)

  • what is this awesome show?!

  • @IKillLittlegirls QI!!!

  • @IKillLittlegirls You must be American, I am too....it's called QI and it is soooo addicting! Also check out "8 out of 10 cats" "NMTB" and "mock the week" they're good too!

  • @gravitybongo I know haha,

I found two episodes online but I can't find any others!!!

    it's sad,

I wonder if it's On Demand for comcast users?

or if it is on the BBC network?

    it's a good show,

very intelligent unlike most shows here haha.

  • @IKillLittlegirls try google. I found almost all the episodes here.

  • @IKillLittlegirls Quite Interesting (or QI for short) is a panel show hosted by Stephen Fry with permanent guest Alan Davies, other guests are various comedians, actors, poets and presenters. Stephen asks questions that test the guests knowledge and their cultural 'general ignorance', that is, answers to questions that most people think are true, but are not. Points are awarded not primarily for being right but for being interesting, and vice versa.

  • @smith3451

And all of those types of people are generally the 'thinkers' and 'creators' of our society, always have been.

Its a pity that they are seen as revolutionary's now days, which is a bad thing in the eyes of our governments.

Nobody is expected to know the ' why's' about any question now days, all you need to know is the answer- which is pointless if you dont know why or how you came to that answer.

Says alot about the current state of everything, locally and globally in my opinion.

  • Who is the coolest guy in the hospital?

    The ultra-sound guy!

  • @azto19 lol

  • @azto19

    followed by the hip surgeon

  • Indeed Stephen Fry is the coolest person in WHOLE Britain I think. Hugh Laurie after that. :D

  • @enteradj

I'll match your "Whole Britian" statement and raise you a "Whole World" :P

  • @MissChessur : Indeed :)

  • Jazz Nazi's? The Nazi Cats.

  • Jazz Nazi's! haha

  • Nah, David Tennant is naturally awesome. I love his sense of humor. He doesn't go out of his way for a joke, it's just the cute little comebacks and smirks that make me smile. Ahhh, I love that guy!

  • I can't belive he is that old!

  • A shame the first question on the subject isn't in this clip. Stephen asked the panel "Who is the coolest person in the room?" and they all answered "David Tennant". No argument or jokes or anything. :P

  • I tell you what's cool: Having Bill Bailey follow you on Twitter, that's it! (he's none of those "you follow me I follow you guys) Wooot! :D

  • I thought Bill Bailey wasn't doing panel shows anymore. Very excited to see him on at least one more episode of QI. Especially one with David Tennant. For that combo I'm gonna skip "cool" and head straight for "AWESOME!"

  • He just quit Buzzcocks as he was sick of being known for it alone. He's still appearing as a guest on other shows, and he's all over the place on QI.

  • @rory215

Bill Bailey's doing panel shows again? Nobody tells me nuthin'.

  • @Liam0724 Look at the date, december 2009, this was two years ago. But as I recally, he's been on qute a few episodes of QI since, =)

  • @SpamOfCan

'Twas a joke, friend. Bill Bailey played Sergeant Turner in the movie Hot Fuzz and "Nobody tells me nuthin'" was his 'catchphrase', if you will.

  • Are they pushing the "Tennant is a comedian" thing a bit too far. He got dominated on Buzzcocks...Even by Bernard Cribbons.

  • there is nothing "even" about Bernard Cribbins!!!

  • Forgive me for this oversight of the english language. Bernard Cribbons is the definitive legend. He's a proper natural comedian as opposed to Tennant's reading of pre-written material. I'm sure he would be better as a contestant.

  • He was on everything just to promote his final Doctor Who episode, I don't think he's being pushed as a comedian. And this ended up being one of the best episodes of QI IMO, so I can't say I mind.

  • Ahhhh... So much awesome in one room.... I really hope David Tennant talks more in the actual show, though.

  • DAVID TENNAAANT <3

  • Cool

(I'm predicting an endless string of comments with 'cool' in them)

  • They're all awesome, but clearly Bill is the only one who's actually cool:-)

  • "relaxed jazz" :))

  • judging by that clip all DT does is sit there grning inanely :) thats cool!

  • @petrat76 To be fair if I was on QI grinning inanely is the most I could manage, if I could stop giggling hysterically with fangirl excitedness that it.

  • COOL! Alwaya thought of Stephen Fry as Cool! :P

  • Cool
