@tilburyj96 Take a wheel put two old cone bushings (as if they were bearings small side in first) or old bearings into it. Put a bolt through it(if your using bushings you can just use an old kingpin) Then tighten it up! G clamp a drill to a bench, put one end of the bolt into the drill and whip out your hacksaw, then file it smooth and ground the top surface off.
They will be for sale in very limited supply for a supper low price, you will need to cut them yourself though, details to come on the Skateboard Express Facebook page and here.
