It's not just chihuahua's that do this, but truly, it will amaze you how many chi's do it! I've seen dachshunds (wienerdogs), yorkies as well as chi's do it. The daxies are the funniest to watch, with their loooong bodies.

I'd get worried if an irish wolfhound would do it, though... he'd be able to pee you in the eye! ;)

No, he just does it -- which is a pain because he pees down his chest and he does it every day, a couple of times a day so you have to give him lots of baths or else he smells like a pet store. Apparently small dogs sometimes do this. Here's another one called: Dog does a handstand when he pee's
