  • I have a question! Lately, whenever I do workouts like the side lunges at the beginning of your video or anything involving legs, my knees click and hurt. I do stretch a whole lot before each workout (like 5-10 minutes) but nothing seems to be working. Any tips, anyone? :P

  • @LittleMissHatty Sure, you can always enhance the moves with equipment as you find fitting.

  • its easier to do if you watch the video first to see what shes doing and then if you do it but turn the volume doen and play music =)

  • @2xxash theres no such thing as spot reducing. if u have fat on ur stomach ur gonna have to get rid of the fat by doing cardio such as running, swimming, dancing etc. and then to tone it do crunches and ab exercises.
