I have a question! Lately, whenever I do workouts like the side lunges at the beginning of your video or anything involving legs, my knees click and hurt. I do stretch a whole lot before each workout (like 5-10 minutes) but nothing seems to be working. Any tips, anyone? :P
@2xxash theres no such thing as spot reducing. if u have fat on ur stomach ur gonna have to get rid of the fat by doing cardio such as running, swimming, dancing etc. and then to tone it do crunches and ab exercises.
just compelted this one and loved it as the other ones:) i really like your mood while working out and i try to keep up and do an hour of your routines each day cause they really make my day:) keep it up sweetie!!waiting till the next vid kisses from greece<3

Never knew some of INSANITY workouts is from pilates.. Bloody helll.. i think insanity is the most intense home workout I've ever come across!

its easier to do if you watch the video first to see what shes doing and then if you do it but turn the volume doen and play music =)
