@iamballfrog Seriously?!?!..OMG I can't believe how fast the years have past but i guess it has, this was out around '87 I think? LL Cool J wasn't even acting in movies back then and he was on the skinny side.
Yeah, I need to clean up my clean technique for this video. I have been working at it a lot more since. Steve Cotter and his crew helped me alot. Don't go to RKC, go to IKFF, it's much better.
I don't think she needs a heavier bell. She is using this as more of conditioning tool than anything else . She is not training maximum strength in which case she probably needs a bigger bell but it be harder to do combos and high reps.
to be even better, stronger healthier. You are only checking out the body and see nothing else inher. It is time to get a bigger bell- plain and simple. Now you go FYSelf, dude and get a life ( or a gf)
Better, bigger, faster, right?Where does she stop being your girlfriend & start looking like a guy friend? This woman has a small frame. There is a point where going heavier is just going to be bad for her joints.Oh, & seriously?"get a life" are you stuck in the 90's trying to be cool? I only see the outside, but you, you see the...inner.You are so powerful!Give me a break, let's agree we both know nothing about each other & if we're both commenting here who's to say who has a life or not.
Where did I say BIGGER (besides saying the bell should be- not her muscles)? I know you can't read, and know crap about Kbells. That bell is useless- much like you. I gave an opinion based on working with KBells and learning from some of the best RKC instructors. You on the only hand like to shout "Shut the f up." So do that. Btw a heavier bell won't be "bad for her joints' or grow her boy muscles.
I used a lighter weight for metabolic and conditioning work, as shown in this video. However, I do use a much heavier weight for maximum strength. I use 26 lbs and sometimes more on each hand which is almost half of my body's weight. For proof, you can watch my other video "IKFF Certification LA 2008". Thanks for watching and your comments.
But can she lift a spatula?

Great job! Steve Cotter is also a Senior RKC, but now has his own program of IKFF. I really do like both. Plus, Steve has a kung fu background. :)

Shut the f up. Seriously, does it look like she needs to work on her body? Why does she need a heavier bell?
