    Hey what happenned to the brandy? I flambe with the shells when I make mine. I also cook rice in the base as a thickener and then blend with the tomatoes, etc.

    Yes, I know about rice as a thickening agent, and the brandy did go in.

    I made a more simple version, and did not mean to disappoint you.

I tried your General Tso's chicken, and your Char Sui Pork. Any ideas for a new dish? I made Seafood Gyozas the other day, with shrimp and scallops. The recipe calls for Dashi, salty fish crumbs... and they were delish!

  • Mmmm, I have to cook this! Prolly have to skip brandy/wine part(or replace with something). Now, just to find out where to find those lobsters. It'll will be tricky I think.

    The other pots are dark and do not show the food very well.

  • I know I said amazing when I watched your beef short ribs video a few hours ago, but this right here is truly amazing! I would eat the entire pot. It also is quite an expensive recipe from what I see (lobster tails here are ridiculously priced, and yours looked huge), but I'm definitely planning on making this after I graduate from school in a few years =P
