Some kids react angrily when they get pushed around. Some conform, some rebel. We all do one or the other at times in our lives. Its called a coping or defense mechanism. These are very common behavioral patterns which can in some cases go to extremes as in very repressed or very rebelious. This does not make it a disease any more than having much larger than average size feet or much smaller than average size ears. Variability is the rule with some people being closer to average than others.
