Hoo Boy! Hannah is a great cook. I'm teaching my Grandson his way around the kitchen (he's 10)and he has assisted in preparing several dishes. He loves to dice veggies most of all. Now, I think we'll use Hannah's recipe.

Thanks, and good to hear about you & your grandson spending time together in the kitchen. FYI, Hannah is like most kids - naturally helpful & fearless about cooking. The problem with kids learning to cook is rarely the kids - it's the adults who don't know how to cook, and often project their own insecurities & inexperience onto the kids. Should be interesting to see what kind of feedback Hannah's next demo gets - she demonstrates the right way to use a REAL knife...
