And bonds that don't have fixed interest rates. Interest rates should directly be effect by the increase or decrease of the money promised. For example, if the US owes China 1 dollar, and the next month the American dollar drops 1 percent in value, then the US would owe China 1.01 dollars. That way economies wouldn't crash or inflate on such scales as we see today.
That would also lead to disaster, Euro is an good example, and that's local. Only the real world material value should be taken into account, like gold or silver.

The main element keeping the US Dollar alive as a reserve currency is that it still remains the most liquid. The Euro, Yen, and RMB have all been top contenders as the next reserve currencies. However, because they're not as liquid (not to mention the debt PIIGS issue in EU), the Us will remain the best choice for reserve currency... for now. One day we'll have a universal, super-sovereign reserve currency but that's quite a ways off.
Don't think for one minute that the collapse of the dollar will keep the globalists from issuing a single currency for the New World Order. How long do the nations of the world want to play this game? I'm amazed that most people don't see this smoke screen for what it really is. Spain’s jobless rate is at 20.33%, but I would not be worried. Spain had very healthy growth below the financial crisis, only small debts (despite the talking points in the media), it has taken very harsh measures, which will increase their competitivity.
The Dollar is not crippled because of social services, but because of intentional devaluation. Why should trade between Russia and China be done in Dollar? The US monetary policy is very aggressive ofc.

@ChineseAtheist All social services that rely on taxation without return devalue money. Simply put you're taking money away from someone who's earned to give it to someone else to spend it. As that person has not earned that money, it devalues it's worth (Money is only as strong as it's backing, and as most nations have a fiat currency now, that backing is goods and services).

The distribution of income has nothing to do with currency devaluation. Not one economists claims this. (I have studied ec.) Germany is prospering, because of their wellfare state. They tax the rich, finance healthcare, eduation, so that the working class can have decent lifes despite lower wages and thus is more competitive. The US working class is going to be crushed in an open and international market.
China, Brazil, Scandinavia, Germany...big government is more effective...despite your dogma

On the small charity scale, that may be acceptable, as it is voluntary. But to force someone who has earned their money to give it to someone else who has not? How is that ever moral?

Your talking point about "weight around their neck" is not based upon reality. Germany and Austria still export more than China, while you have an enormous trade deficit.

Countries like France or Germany spend 10% of GDP on healthcare in the US it is 18%.
Per person the US spend 8.000 $, in Germany they spend 3.692$/person, but WHO shows, that the US system is much worse. (number 44 of the world) Our Chinese system still needs much reform, and we should implement French/German system

And bonds that don't have fixed interest rates. Interest rates should directly be effect by the increase or decrease of the money promised. For example, if the US owes China 1 dollar, and the next month the American dollar drops 1 percent in value, then the US would owe China 1.01 dollars. That way economies wouldn't crash or inflate on such scales as we see today.

The main element keeping the US Dollar alive as a reserve currency is that it still remains the most liquid. The Euro, Yen, and RMB have all been top contenders as the next reserve currencies. However, because they're not as liquid (not to mention the debt PIIGS issue in EU), the Us will remain the best choice for reserve currency... for now. One day we'll have a universal, super-sovereign reserve currency but that's quite a ways off.

Capitalism has market crises as "windows of opportunity" for dissent - resource based would't have these
