You see, the union takes money from Disney to provide a sub-standard healthcare to their union members and charge the members up the nose in dues. The union skims off the top the money on both ends that's why they won't allow their members to vote on the contract proposals by Disney. They don't want to lose all that money. The members would largely vote yes. Most of the employees do not support these tactics or the union. These are ignorant followers of this socialist, lying union

Socialist union is holding these poor employees at Disney hostage in not allowing them to vote on a fair contract. The sad fact is that most of the employees would vote yes on the contract. But this pig of a socialist union doesn't want to play fair like the other 30 of the 31 unions at Disneyland. All 30 of those other unions are on the Disney healthcare plan and no one is complaining. This is why our state and country is bankrupt because of entitlement attitudes like this union & employees

This is a great Video. Thank you for producing it. These workers are incredibly courageous. They are an inspiration to workers all over the country who are feeling the squeeze from corporate America. Disney is the most recession proof company making billions of dollars in profit. Go Disney Workers!!
