  • thank you . nice video for beginners . please post some more. :)

  • its a white chick?????

  • OK, I'll bite...who's earl?

  • i still think earl is the best ^^

  • Awesome warm-up!

is it bad to crack your knuckles??

  • No that's a myth.

  • Thanks for the compliment. Tai Chi is so amazing, and Lily is an expert in her field, having practiced the art for 27 years! These are excellent warm-up exercises, whether you are learning the Tai Chi Form, or not.

  • This is great. I'd like to learn Tai Chi and talk my mum into doing it too. She's a lovely looking blonde too which is nice...:-)

  • Lame Qigong? Wow, you must be a true master!

  • Looks like you can't spell.

  • Well, it says, that these are Tai Chi Exercise that have been incorporated for warming up for Tai Chi. Warm up exercises are great, and for those who don't practice Tai Chi they still have built in benefits of Tai Chi energy. There aren't QiGong exercises here...jsut some samples of a longer DVD that was produced. Lily Cohen is a 30 year teacher, my sifu, and a Master at the Martial applications of the Wu Style, so there's nothing lame about her, believe me.

  • im gonna sneak into her house and paint her green... nice warm ups tho

  • Thanks, actually, she looks good green!

  • What a fantastic video! Ms. Cohen makes it all look so easy, when indeed it is an art. Whatever she does-it works. I hope I look that good when I am in my 40's.

  • She made most of that up, some other bits are from a hand form. She didn't learn that random and unbalanced sequence from the Wu family...

  • Since Wu Kwong Yu and Gary Wragg are her teachers, she did...

  • white woman can't do Tai Chi.

  • These and warm up exercise TO DO before the form, or for people to open their bodies and minds to the possibilities of Tai Chi and QiGong for health purposes.

  • Good stretching work out ^5

  • True! There are NO colors...color-blind is better!

  • What does it matter what colour she is?

  • Hard work is a misnomer.

What QiGong and taiji require is total concentration.

    rusty

  • is Lily Cohen related to the famous qigong master Ken Cohen? they share the same family name

  • No, they aren't related...except through their mutual love a QiGong. Thanks for asking!

  • Hard work is in the mind. Sometime the most elegant work comes to us as pure Chi, which flows like water from the source. This is elegant "work" that flows.

  • You can't have an ideal workout without sweat. If you do taiji properly it should be hard work.

  • Fabulous! This is an ideal workout, with NO SWEAT!

  • This is a great video for anyone needs a relaxation throughout the day
