This is an issue with WARRIOR PRIESTS ONLY. It's when you use Supplication and break it off early. You continue to drain your Ap, even while not in combat. If you are not in combat, you regain the normal 25 and lose 30, so it looks like you're going down in 5s. It continues until you're out of Ap.
