I wish they brough all these shows back. Just look at the crap on TV, this is a gem and given a chance (like Seinfeld) this too and many other shows that didn't make it (Listen Up; Michael Richards show, etc) can become a classic!!!

I remember it was said back when it was cancelled that people weren't ready for this kind of humor so soon after September 11th. Maybe others weren't, but I loved the show. It took Seinfeld a little while to find it's groove, but it was given a chance to grow and develop. Bob Patterson and the Michael Richards Show never got the same chance. I'm glad that Seinfeld didn't get yanked so early on in it's run, because it started out kind of slow, but had a chance to blossom into a true classic!

This show was not put on the back burner, it was flat-out cancelled after only 4 episodes... they had shot 8 episodes and didnt even get to air them. On paper and in principle it was a great concept, and Jason was awesome in the promos but absolutely did not deliver in the show... it was poorly written, acted and cast.

I'm a great fan of Jason Alexander (Seinfeld obviously) and he does a great job here too. kind of George Costanza thing going on here too but hey it's working.

I copied this clip from the shows promotional website back in 2001.

I found it on an old harddrive and thought it should be shown to the masses.

The shows premise was a good idea but it didn't fly.
