No, the bible does not say those things, and she did not say that the bible said it. She said that some schools of thought concerning that text referring to commentaries and bible scholars as to why noah cursed Canaan so you would not find it in the bible. And you are right about Sodom and Gormorrah but the greater point I think is that God destroyed it because of their perversion, whether sexual or pride, rebellion is rebellion....and it reaped a huge price for them.
