For me the best team is Rabobank you've got Denis Menchov, a young rider Robert Gesink and a good sprinter Oscar Freire.

@rafamafarrico you can win (or lose) a lot of time in stage 18 :) but you will lose like a minute at the time trial :( at least with alot of riders dont know witch team you are :)

@ShazynShax in my opinion the budget of making your own time is to small :( i cant have a team with alot of talents then and no real big riders for the tour or something
