I don't know the answer to that question, but I can just give you and other viewers my own experience with Tysabri. I do, however, think that every Neurologist should give every MS patient Tysabri because of what it did for me. I do also know, however, that not every person will react the same as me.
I don't "feel" better on Tysabri but yet I do BECAUSE I CAN NOW WALK.
I am sticking with Tysabri, absolutely. I sure how I feel better. I hope that helps Mody. :)
You know Vern? My firs infusion of TYSABRY have stopped the attacks strongly I did feel that and I was so happy But I found out my weight is getting more and more monthly & still no power yet" about 2 pounds a month!!!" ,,, it's so difficult to feel heaviness I just need a little power&I'll continue until
Wow...I understand, fully, Moby. I sure hope you see sustainable results very, very soon. I too, struggle with weight and I find it difficult to keep it at a reasonable level even though i walk 2 miles each day.
Of the PML cases, it is probably noteworthy that the bulk of the 6 cases where from the European Union. Under TOUCH, I believe there was only one case of PML in the US.
Great that you are doing well, have followed you from the beginning. Good luck.
Great stuff Vern. Since discovering your videos (early last year) they have inspired me to further research this "illness" (how I hate that!) ask questions and am now partaking in a Biogen trial of an oral med. Thank you for these real life experiences!
Way to go Vern, Always good to see your videos. You are right about PML. Why worry. A 1.2 in 10,000 chance and 1 and PML is not deadly in Tysabri patients. Much better to live your life. Good for you. enjoy your time and lets hope things stay well for you.
hey vern...i have done some youtube videos too.stopped tysabri...started LDN and I am starting to feel better. I am glad tysabri is helping you still...keep on keeping on
