Plus diaz was never that good and De La hoya was way way passed his prime. Respect judges decision because people knows that Pcquaio won their first fight. Marquez was KOd 3 times and the judges gave pacquaio only 9 vs 7 instead of 10 vs 7. When there is a 3 time KO it should be 10 vs 7 and thats the boxing rule.Thats why the fight was a draw instead Pacman won the fight.

I agree with the correspondent in that Marquez is the real match for pacquiao in speed and strength. Personally, although the question of who wins the fights is a different question; I believe its only with Marquez that I see Pacquiao's punches are being countered and Pacquiao had some hesitation in his punches.

the fighting style and intelligence of marquez in the ring is a real difficulty for the pacman. the pacman got away with a win by knocking him down. as a newbie boxing fan, i would favor knockdowns more than the subjective judges score cards. the knock down is a very clear sign of who dominates a fight. i think if there will be a pacman marquez iii match up, the pacman will win again and this time probably with a real knock out.

True. I believe with Pacquiao's improvements, he's gonna beat Marquez. Actually these two in the ring would be the fight ever. MAyweather is quite overrated and has the tendency to hit -and -run while MArquez would counter PAcquiao's offensive. He's the only fighter in the recent fights who manage to lose through a scorecard with Pacquiao and finish the fight until the last round.

although, since mayweather is american, a pacman bout with him will generate a bigger gate revenue. a bout with marquez is one for the boxing fans. i've always seen the pacman as a great fighter considering the manner in which he fights, which is more exciting and that he always exceeds what is expected even if he's the favorite-- in superfights! anyone can claim other fighters are better but the pacman has dominated big names, in huge events and has inspired an entire nation. no comparison.

Manny won first fight, bad scoring, judge admitted to it. Second fight could have gone either way and judges felt Manny won. Rematch, Pacquiao will come out on top and then all the haters will feel salty. Manny would easily agree to a rematch but I think he is on another mission right now to truely be p4p champ and eliminate all doubts. After he is done with Mayweather, which will come, no doubt, then Marquez can have his little rematch and get beat again.

I'm just waiting for Pacman's camp to choose between Mayweather jr or Cotto for his next fight. Who ever he chooses is gonna be a great fight. A third fight between Marquez and Pac is gonna be a mistake for Marquez. His too old and his reflex have diminished greatly. Pacman would finish him for sure. Common people, everyone knows that who ever is the favorite boxer always gets that extra point. It has been like this for the longest time. The first fight was fair when they scored it evenly since Marquez did go down 3 times. But the second one was just such a lame scoring. Everyone knows Marquez won fair and square but they gave it to Pacman. Pacman = big money. Not taking anything from Pacman because he does have great speed and power but that fight he did loose. He well KO Hatton 4 sure.

I have looked at the 2 fights again and again. I tend to think that the draw was good on the first one, even though JMM schooled him for 10 rds. On the second one looking at the punches added on compubox, looking at rd per rd i think JMM won, but pac is protected by the gambling and PPV mafia since all filipinos throw a lot of money in vegas when fight time. They are looking to get the Asian market and what better way than help manny out. that is what filipinos can't realize.
