I feel for you man....the copyright stuff on youtube is ridiculous. I actually had my whole Youtube account terminated because of this. And the strikes that were put on me were absolutely ridiculous. I had every right to upload those videos. Now everything that I worked for got erased. I had over 100 videos. Lost all of em. Lost all my subscribers. Lost the people that I used to talk to on Youtube. Lost it all and couldn't do anything about it. They just terminated my account with no warning. :/

You should contact the YouTube Partner DarkSydePhil (DSP) for advice. He had a situation similar to yours where some hater, under a false identity, flagged his video and gave him strikes. He was able to overturn the strike I believe.

I'm sure others have said this but you can 'dispute copyright'. There's some loophole that allows you to copy and paste a legal agreement.
